Food was ok: It’s Arbys not fine dining. Out of marinara and spicy 3 pepper sauce, but no warning of that until we ordered. Shift manager Brea was quite sullen. No greeting. Just “here or to go?” Table was clean but felt sticky. It always smell weird in the restaurant, so wasn’t taken back by that, but be warned. We waited quite a while for our food, but that’s not unusual anywhere these days. Arbys in Milroy, just a few miles up the road, is consistently better.

I got food there about a week ago on a deal of bogo beef and cheddars along with mozzarella sticks. Everything was fresh and tasted good. The mozzarella sticks were hot and the best from any fast food place and the prices are really good

I just spent 40 dollars. All three sodas were flat and tasted horrible. Had to wait for “fresh fries” which were old and tasted disgusting. Ordered a turkey and bacon…. came without the bacon. Really wish I could get a refund

Drive-thru order, desired “just a hamburger with cheese”… cost almost $8.00, which was perplexing. I asked, “Are you sure? for just a hamburger?” The young lady stated, “That’s how it rung up.”
Cutting to chase: Since ARBY’S doesn’t have “just a burger” on the menu they rang up a fully-loaded BBQ Bacon Beef Burger, then gave me the sandwich without the onions, bacon and BBQ. Would’ve been nice to know that BEFOREHAND. Didn’t appreciate the deception, intentional or not.

I stopped to order a Sweet Tea as I do quite frequently after work. I ordered and was told to drive to the pickup window, as I was pulling up a Gray Nissan Rogue flew up beside me and cut right in front of me. Once he got to the window he held out an empty cup, the girl took the cup and brought him back a drink, closed the window then reopened it and handed him a piece of paper and money. He then pulled out and I proceeded to the window, I asked the girl if he had ordered something because he just come up and cut in front of me, she said “he’s a GM of another store”. I said and that gives him the right to jump in front of another customer? She said “I didn’t say that”. Well I am here to say that I don’t care who he was, that was really ignorant and disrespectful of him and then to find out that he was actually a GM somewhere else and acts like that. All I gotta say is thanks a lot, I will no longer be stopping at Arby’s if you are one of the kind of employees they have working for them! Also, the girl at the window could have at least apologized for him doing that instead of acting like it was a natural thing to do.

I entered the store around 6pm 1/27 and not one person was up front. Everyone was in the back. After about 3 or 4 minutes I yelled hello. A girl came up front and I said I was waiting and she said she was taking in product. After the wait 4 or 5 employees came up front. No truck what product. Other times I go in they are always out of things.

We stopped to eat at the Arby’s in Lewistown, PA at approx 930 last evening. There was no one at the front counter. As we stood waiting, we witnessed the female in a black shirt behind the food prep counter reach with her ungloved hand down the inside back of her pants. Not once, but 2 times. She went right back to food preparation. We couldn’t see her face due to her being behind the preparation station.
Since, no one had even acknowledged our presence, we decided to leave

I eat here twice a week and the staff is wonderful and friendly. Always super fast service!! The manager is wonderful and always knows my order!

I had the Classic Crispy chicken sandwich. I loved it! It is the best chicken sandwich of any other fast food restaurant in town. Maybe the best out of any restaurant, period! The staff was great! Delivered our food to the car outside, even though it was a snowy, cold day. We WILL be back!
