Very impressed with the staff and overall food from this location! Everything was hot and fresh! Haven’t had this great service in any other fast food chain as this staff does in the making sure they do their job well. Whom ever was working March 1st around 11am, thank you for a good lunch!!

Menu board identifies out of chicken. Also out of mozzarella sticks, and peach cobbler. Sounds like poor management. No sweet tea in lobby. I apparently was inconvenient to have to wait on by the cashier. Sorry. The food was fresh and hot.

Online says they close at ten p m I pulled up to the drive thru at eight fifty p m and they would not take my order said they were closed. I drove twenty minutes to get arbys food out of my way. I don’t think I’ll do that again.

A nice clean store. Pleasant staff. And a tasty meal that was put together with pride, it seemed. I haven’t had the sandwiches I’ve received put together quite as neatly as the ones from this store in a very long time. It looked like the food preparer took the time to line everything up. It was much appreciated. About the only complaint I had was that the bell has been removed from this and apparently all the local stores. I used to enjoy giving an audible job well done by ringing the bell as I left.

I’m not being dramatic, this place is like my second home as a college student. The employees are so sweet and nice. I’ve had amazing conversations with them and they are hard-working. I been here during rush hours and they work so hard and still are nice.
Working in fast food is hard and they push through it and I hope they get payed amazingly because the service is fast, and like I stated before, the workers are really kind.

My experience with fast food in recent years has been an unending series of dirty lobbies, overpriced items, and despondent staff. Today has been a pleasant surprise. Food was well priced, fast, and good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. And lastly the place was clean, like the walls shining clean. Great job, I wish more places could be like this.

Delicious as always. I had the double roast beef Sammy with lettuce and tomatoes. Added lots of Arby’s sauce. Tasted just like thier Super which they used to serve in the 80s. Would go there 2x a week if they had an Arby’s closer to friendship ny. Closest one is bath ny, and Pennsylvania. Both over an hour drive! Please open an location in olean ny!!

I got 3 piece chicken tenders and they were the size of 3 chicken nuggets. My chicken tenders were just so weak! They were the same size as my cheese stick
