Went through drive-through this afternoon got the four for 10 asked for sauce. She got real nasty and was like well. How many do you want? Took a handful of sauce packets and basically threw them at me in the car. I’m still finding sauce packets under my seat. Totally ridiculous. The staff at this restaurant are very rude! Wont go back

Food is good here, wait time is decent, however do not pay with Apple Pay here. They will double charge your Apple Pay and when you go back to the store to ask to be refunded no one at the restaurant will assist you in getting your money back. They’ll refer you to 800 numbers and chat bots that won’t help you either. I guess this would be a good place for a thief to set up a card skimmer because no one in this store cares!

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at an Arby’s. I ordered ahead, and my order was supposed to be ready at 1:15. I ordered a cheese cup to go with my pickup order and waited a half hour for all of my food. I have waited so long for this location to have online ordering. I have called multiple times. Why isn’t there a grab and go kiosk for online and mobile orders? All of the workers were nice and working hard, but I don’t think the online ordering is worked out yet. I hope they get it together, because I love spending money at Arby’s. Please fix it. I have made multiple calls expressing my desire to be able to use online ordering efficiently at this location. It would be awesome to taste the food warm.

Love this new Arby’s! The staff is nice, quick, and efficient. The food is always hot and fresh. The sandwiches are always put together nicely and the french fries are always cooked fresh and hot! The wait time is never too bad, but I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh and hot food! A++

Customer Service was absolutely horrible! Food was absolutely undercooked and cold! Went back at 11:45pm and they were saying they were closed already. And to tell me you guys don’t have a thermometer to check the food temp was absolutely the worst lie I have ever been told! TRASH!! Customer Service is your number one job be better!!! Also got a pumpkin turnover and didn’t even receive it either! If you don’t like your job then go find another one!

They seldom make anything correctly. Missing items and skimpy portions. Whoever runs this place needs to step it up. Fast food is not cheap, and making food wrong is a joke. I’ll go to the Sarver location. Much better food and service.
