Ordered here a half dozen times now with a mix of drive through and eat in. Always great food. No order issues. My only really comment is be vocal about any sauce packet needs. Arby’s is known for Arby and Horsy sauces but they only seem to give it to you if you ask.

We got 3 beef and cheddars, 1 with red sauce and 2 without and a small curly fry and a medium curly fry. The curly fry box wasn’t even full and they were cold. The sandwiches weren’t labeled on if they had red sauce or not so had to open them to look.

we have had to wait for “fresh food” every time we go and they’re always missing something! tonight we waited 10 minutes as the only ones in the drive thru, and the mac n cheese was cold and they forgot our mozzarella sticks! def not going back anytime soon. the manager is the only one who has good customer service.

Honestly at this point I’d be amazed if I could get hot food from this location. I’ve tried complaining and it didn’t help. Got a free sandwich coupon but who wants a free sandwich that’s not fresh. This place never ceases to disappoint.

I love Arby’s as much as the next but, really?!? Ordered their new 3 pc cornbread fish strips and they gave me 2 + a fishstick because “whatever”, I guess. People there were super nice but I’m not happy about paying full price for something that didn’t get served as the full product.

I thing all should stay away from this store. This is the 3rd trip and they were out of Roast Beef and it’s always around the same time between 6:45p and 7:30p and what we did order was wrong. This will be the last time we stop at this location. It was funny the first time they ran out. The daytime manager at the west mifflin should be paid to come up here and show this evening manager how it is done, or get a new manager. The West Mifflin store is five stars

awful 26.00 for 2 sandwiched and ribeye sandwich French fries cold and not done right steak sandwich was chunks of steak plain bun nobody could eat this sandwich with chucks of over cook chunks on a bun it wouldn’t hurt me if they shut down 26.00 for junk never again
