Last visit was the first Friday of lent. Manager had left 3 employees to deliver food/inventory to another store. When the rush hit they were short handed and became over fun with orders. I have never seen in my previous 12 years of restaurant employment a manager LEAVE to deliver to another store. Normally the store on need would sacrifice the body. This cause a crew of very flustered employees who did not filter there disgust from the dining rooms ears. Uncouth language was present while I died with my young daughter.

Fast service, good food, it was hot but fresh! Usually we go through the drive-thru with coupons if we have them. Once they forgot to give me a smoothie, we called and we were able to pick it out the next day so we’ve never had any problems, their drive-thru makes all the business as it’s not busy for dine-in. I used to come in the winter a lot because of the tree that was planted inside but they took the tree away.

I came at 4:30, they close at 6:00 because it’s Christmas Eve, I tried to order my beef and cheddar and the lady said that it would be a 10 minute wait for the beef because they ran out and asked if that was okay. I said yes that that is okay and then it got awkwardly quiet. She then said “yeah we ran out of beef because we close soon” She then asks again if I want to wait, I already told her once that yes I do want to wait, so I just said never mind. Y’all were still open for an hour and a half. I just got off a 10-hour shift and just wanted dinner. Y’all still had 1.5 hrs to go!

Order was wrong for starters. We are on a diet and couldn’t eat the breaded chicken they gave us instead of the roasted chicken we ask for. Then there was LITERALLY 2 slivers of shredded lettuce on it. Order two HALF POUND beef and cheddars in a bowl. You can see from the pictures that this is about 3 shavings of roast and a DRIP of cheese. Overcharged us and gave us cold food that wasn’t even right. Never gave us any of the sauces we asked for. Will never eat Arby’s again. What an awful experience and cost me $35. What a joke and very sad. Disappointed with you, Arbys.

Had lunch on Friday. Re excellent service. Everyone was very friendly. The place was clean, food was fresh and hot. Rayna personally brought our food out to our table. They even came out later and personally asked each guest how their food was and if they needed anything. She even took the empty trays from people who were done eating and hadn’t gotten up yet. Wonderful experience. Very well run and the food was excellent!

I am really glad that potato cakes are back again and I wish Arby’s would leave them on the menu. Everyone has fries-only Arby’s had potato cakes.
However, it seems that a Buffalo Chicken wrap now comes with a smaller amount of chicken and 42 grams of bacon and torn up cheese slices. I strictly watch how much saturated fat I eat – bacon&cheese are loaded with it and I always avoid them. Not surprised I guess since the person at window seemed more interested in talking to someone else and complaining about small bags. I would rather have been told your were out of chicken that to get into a mess reworking my wrap before I could eat it.
