They actually served me this and called it a sandwich. The manager Stasia replaced the sandwich which was nice, but then I saw the sandwich maker not wearing gloves. Gross!

Had the roast beef sandwich with lettuce which is really good and better for you than most other fast food locations. They got back the potato cakes as you can see and a really good fresh out of the fryer. Try The cheesesteak and the mac and cheese today and didn’t really like it. Mac and cheese what sort of undercooked. The cheesesteak I didn’t like the cheese at all and didn’t have an option to changing it to a different type of cheese I wanted to try it at least. Just not a white American type of foodie.

Terrible waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes no one ahead of me. 15 minutes til close. All food was cold. Sandwiches not fully cooked. Gyro had 4 small pieces of meat. I paid 20.00 for garbage.

I ordered a Greek gyro and lemonade. The gyro bread was stale and hard around the edges. I received a Sprite and not a lemonade. I called to complain and will receive a free sandwich coupon in 4-6 weeks. They must be joking. ♀️

I’m not a fast-food person, it’s just not my thing, but my partner indulges every now and then, and this time he was craving Arby’s. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were nice and respectful. At their recommendation, he went for the Smokehouse Brisket, and according to him, it was really good. I’m a big brisket fan myself, so maybe one day I’ll break my no–fast-food streak and give it a try.

I stopped by Arby’s tonight and ordered some jalapeno poppers, Nathan working told me that the ones they had were not very fresh and made sure to make me fresh ones. He was very friendly and the service was quick! I appreciated it!

We saw a sign in the window saying $1 kid meals with combo purchases. So we got 3 combos and wanted 2 kids meals. They said the promotion was over. We asked why the sign was still up then and if they would honor it, the guy said for one. So, we asked for a 6pc. nugget meal, he replied ” I can do a 4 pc.”
I work in retail at a corporation, if you forget to take down a sign or if something is mislabeled, the right thing to do is honor the customer’s request.
