My wife & I ran though the drive through for a quick meal. My wifes order was fine but mine was wrong. I simply asked for a #2 sandwich only with NO RED RANCH, did I get that, no. By the time I opened it we were on the interstate. This has happened multiple times now.

The environment here is very ugh and seems no one enjoys their job. No smiles – it’s really not friendly vibes at all. The gentleman with reddish hair , I’m going to assume he is the general manager as he really gives off he doesn’t enjoy his job maybe even possibly life. Food was great , it’s Arby’s can’t go wrong roast beef on point ! Had the new boxes and perfect combo – these peach cobbler rolls are amazing . I usually dont eat peach but this was fire the service was straight forward – ordered and food was out. No smiles not even a hello back .

Food was a bit slow to come out but it was good. Some of the food was piping hot while other parts of the order were lukewarm. The dining area was nice, pretty clean and they have lots of drinks to choose from.

Service was great, love the smiling faces. Atmosphere was nice too, quaint. Prices are a bit higher than most fast food reataurants but it’s all good because the food is slamming! Also, they were a little busy when we arrived but they got us our food in 3 mins or less, I’m impressed

Passing through the city, My cousin and I stopped at this Arby’s location for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean and the customer service was initially above average. However, my request for no cheese on the Smokehouse Brisket was not fulfilled, which was disappointing. Despite this issue, the food was tasty overall.
