Very nice resteraunt to stop for a quick bite to eat. The inside and outside is very clean. The cup and condiment area were stocked. The service was incredible with friendly staff and quick service. The food was very tasty except several of the mozzarella sticks tasted old, and the rest tasted very fresh. I would recommend stopping here and they have a lot of options to choose from

The food was delicious but the service today was horrible, the girl at the window was trying her hardest and some older guy was yelling, we were in the drive thru and could hear him. His attitude towards everyone was horrible and we watched another girl flip out on him and I believe she left, which I don’t blame her because the way he was talking and yelling was not professional. Honestly I don’t think we will be coming back if he’s working. Horrible experience

This location in Brookville off of I-80 might not get the traffic like other Arby’s chains, which would account for why I have never received an order at the window. I seemingly wait 5-10 minutes for FASTFOOD while gas is not free, you will always get a sorry for the wait with your order.
Not sure if its because they dont get the traffic so they dont prep alot of food but it is usually hot and thats why I return.
Overall its average at best, I would hate to put in a big order here… you might need to plan an overnight stay.

The food is consistent with any other Arby’s but this location has the added bonus of your shoes sticking to the floor while you walk to your seat.

Food is usually good, but they are so slow it’s not worth it if you’re on a time crunch. Even with ordering online I’ve still waited 20 minutes in the DT. But they are always super nice.

So my hubby and I really love Arby’s. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was . However, my husband got the Angus cheese steak, and it was not good. He was very disappointed. This is NOT this restaurant’s fault, so I am sticking with my rating. However, Arby’s should either take this sub off the menu or re-evaluate how it’s made. The young man working the register was very patient with the two elderly men who took some time to order. The prices are a little more than your typical fast food, but it is always worth it.

Food is pretty good, but i have also stopped here on multiple occasions to get my hubby food and take it to him and i would ask for sauce on the side and it was never placed in the bag. I had to park and go inside and wait 5 more minutes to get the sauce that i asked for at the drive thru window and at the speaker.

Recently got the chicken tenders. I always liked them and it had been a while since I had them and I was looking forward to them. What a disappointment. They were so dry and overcooked, and there was so much breading. The honey mustard did little to make it better. French dips are usually my go to these days, and I am so disappointed that I did not get one that day instead of the chicken.

Quick stop for food and restrooms, very content with everything! Spoke with an employee who had a very pleasant voice/tone. Women’s restroom had a very nice decorative wall hanging that I enjoyed reading while washing my hands. (Wish I had my phone on me to have taken a picture of it, to get a similar one as a gift. If anyone sees this review please add a picture if it! )
