Very friendly staff. Darnell went above and beyond with my two young difficult children. Give that man a raise. He came back to make sure our order was correct. Later the manager came back to check that everything was good too. Food was good. Store was clean.

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. This specific store has ruined every single order I’ve ever placed. Go specifically for the jalapeño poppers with the berry sauce and have never once been given the sauce that I pay extra for. There’s no point in giving them out without the sauce for real. Drinks are always out of syrup and so the hi-c is just red water. Never giving this place another chance. Get it together guys. You’re giving Arby’s such a bad name.

When i moved here last july this arbys was pretty good but damn its gone downhill. You are gaurenteed to get old cold fries thru the drive thru and i accepted that but if its not to much trouble can the help at least give us straws.

Don’t waste your time/ money… one couple ordered ahead of us and it took 14 minutes for 3 sandwiches and fries. Here’s a picture of my beef and cheddar with the cheddar all over the wrapper instead of the sandwich. One of the young men in preparing the food was very busy playing with his hair WHILE wearing gloves. Oh yea and this was 7:15 pm… clearly, no one had bothered to wipe tables at any point that day.

Absolutely not worth the cost. Ordered the Wagyu burger and it was definitely flavorless. Barely wrapped and tossed in bag. Fries, Both crinkle and curly were hard and cold. Always an issue when we order here.

I ordered a French dip, with no Swiss. Confirmed that with the person at the drive thru. Surprise! I got Swiss cheese on my French dip..didn’t realize it til I got home and ate a couple bites. Food’s to expensive to be messing up peoples orders. Fries were old too..

Absolutely horrible greasy chicken sandwich and cold Fry’s were old and greasy asked for just lettuce got sandwich home had everything on it those women that take the order need fired pay no attention to you not returning fryers look greasy and dirty also YUK!
