The chicken bacon Swiss I ordered looked like someone accidentally poured an entire bottle of honey mustard on the sandwich and instead of remaking it decided to just serve it anyway. The bun was soggy and the second you picked up the sandwich, honey mustard was just down pouring off of the sandwich.

I usually don’t go to this location because the one in Mount Pleasant is a lot better in my opinion, but I stopped by because it was on my way home after work. Safe to say I’m never coming back. Ordered a simple roast beef sandwich meal and 2 chicken sliders with cheddar cheese. The girl at the window was very sweet and polite I will say so nothing bad there. Got my food looked inside the bag and everything seemed to be good. I shouldn’t have to unwrap my sandwich in the middle of the drive thru to check to see if it’s what I ordered when that’s their job to make sure it’s right. Well when I got home the sliders had cheddar cheese on them and the sticker was marked chicken but it was roast beef on both of them instead. Also the fries were hard to chew and seemed like they were sitting out for a while. Definitely won’t be stopping back here again.

The food was as expected. We had good coupons to use for our group so that made it affordable. I finally tried the chicken cordon bleu sandwich I know it was just okay. The ham has an odd overly smoky sweet flavor that some people may like but I thought it was off-putting. It took an unusually long time to get to gyros and two chicken sandwiches with no drinks, considering we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru line with a few cars in the parking lot.

Girlfriend went tonight around 830ish. She ordered one meal, a roast beef slider and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. The Lady on the mic taking the order didnt have her mic mute an was talking smack bout us and what we were ordering. Girlfriend felt uncomfortable and we left right away. We will not be returning and this person does not deserve to work in customer service, those comments were hurtful.

Asked for cheese with curley fries. The cup had so little cheese you could see the bottom of the cup. Ordered a #1 classic. The amount of cheese was laughable. Ordered a coke and got dr pepper. Wow! Good job guys!!

I work nearby and eat at this Arby’s often. The food is consistently delicious and Arby’s offers a huge variety of food choices as opposed to those other fast food places. But the one thing that brings this restaurant to a higher level is the manager, Ken. Ken is super-friendly with customers and you always feel like he is glad to see you and proud to serve you. Unfortunately, I will be moving out of the area soon. I will definitely miss my Arby’s lunches!

I’m tired of wasting my money here. It doesn’t matter if I come in go thru drive-thru or delivery. I never get what I paid for, I always pay for extra cheese for my beef and cheddar sandwiches and the never give them to me, and at .80 cents a pop those things add up. So I just won’t go here anymore, I’ll go else where to spend my money
