This place wasn’t always my favorite. But the past month that I’ve been coming I’m always greeted with a smile and amazing service. They always ask what can I make fresh for you and take my order immediately. Whoever has been running the place which I can tell it’s someone new as I’ve been seeing new faces and actual people who get there job done. They are doing amazing! Definitely will be returning to this arbys location!!! Thank you for the nice and hot food this afternoon!

Moldy food! I stopped after work and picked up 10 classic roast beef sandwiches. They had moldy buns!!! I’ve had some poor quality food from this store before but I love the Arby’s brand and after a 10hr work day in 90 degree heat I didn’t want to cook. The employees and service were great. Very unfortunate that the experience had to be ruined by mold.

The order was wrong, though we didn’t realize it until we left. Should have received a 1/4 lb brisket sandwich with no pickles and a 1/4 lb pulled pork sandwich with pickles. We received 2 pulled pork sandwiches and no brisket sandwich, which we actually paid an additional $2.00 for. The pulled pork sandwiches were very disappointing – both were very dry, small and looked nothing like the picture.

Didn’t get au jus for two sandwichs we ordered and none of the fries were filled and were full of burnt, shriveled up pieces that look like they had been baking under a light all day. Would recommend just going to the taco bell next door, would get better service and food.

****edit*** over the past year this place has gone down hill. Not very friendly anymore. Asked for a slice of cheese and they just put cheese sauce. Fries were cold. Said they didn’t have the new fish box special being advertised. Then said they didn’t have any chicken for the box deal even when all their signage says they did. Can no longer recommend this location.
After reading the reviews, I wasn’t expecting a lot. What a surprise! Parking lot was clean. Store was clean. Had to wait a little for FRESH fish. The gentleman taking the order was adequately friendly. However, Brandon and Gregory took it to the next level! Food was hot and fresh.

Apparently this is what no mayo looks like…..seriously this isn’t even what normal mayo looks like
The service was very quick and great people, working well even though short staffed, fresh fries, however I placed two orders paid separately which were bagged together instead of separately. The other wasn’t quite right either.
