This used to be one of the best Arby’s locations, until the last year or two. Service has dwindled, and the speed at which food puts out is unbelievably slow. I waited 20 minutes for a drive-thru order, and had to go in to get it because they apparently forgot about me, even though they had 12 or 15 sandwiches ready to go. When I got home, the roast beef sandwiches seemed anemic, with very little beef, so I weighed the meat, and it was only 2.1 Oz or so per sandwich. It’s supposed to be 3 oz per roast beef sandwich.
Don’t know what happened, but corporate needs to step in and figure out what the heck is going on. Extremely disappointed, and probably won’t go back to this location again.

Standard Arby’s food most of the time. However, last trip decided to splurge and get a brisket sandwich combo. So did my friend. Well as you can see in the pictures, “where’s the meat?” Well, I can tell you not at Arby’s and certainly not on this sandwich.

It’s probably one of the better fast food places you can get that’s more somewhat healthier for you. I like to order the classic roast beef with lettuce added to it. The new turkey sandwich is pretty good as well. I do like their potato cakes but they don’t have them anymore

I came for the fried turkey and keep coming back for it’s consistent, fast, friendly service. I know when I see Isaiah or Cameron working, my foods coming out asap, exactly how I ordered it.

Excellent service and food!! I did a mobile order which said it’d be ready for pickup at 12:40, I walked in the restaurant at 12:38 and it was ready to go! Everything was hot and fresh, staff were pleasant and attentive, other guests were friendly.

I’m not sure if it’s the location or something else, but my sandwich didn’t seem to come with the amount of meat (protein) either pictured or described and this was not the first time I’ve wondered if they were skimping on the amount of meat advertised.
