I loved the food. They prepared it behind glass, allowing customers to see their sandwiches being made. Very short wait as well, if id even call it a wait. By the time I got my napkins, the food was ready.

This is the best Arby’s I have ever eaten at, and possibly one of the best fast food locations in general. Food comes out fast and most importantly, piping hot. I wasn’t even that big of an Arby’s fan before going here, now I get it around once per week. Staff are friendly and sociable. The only problem isn’t even a location specific one, the prices. While very good food, this is still fast food and some of the sandwich prices are ridiculous. That being said, the app is amazing. You can get such good deals on the app it’s nuts, $1 any size fry, $1 four-piece mozzarella sticks, free sandwich with a purchase, BOGO sandwiches, etc. You can combine the $1 any size fry with the 2 for $6, and get a roast beef sandwich, chicken sandwich, and a large fry for like $8. The excellent food quality with the deals from the app is a dangerous combo, it’s hard not to just have dinner here every night. Hats off to Mr. Ed Heck, you run an excellent restaurant.

The staff is amazing! Every one of them. Friendly. Attentive. But, unfortunately, the owner doesn’t care enough to make repairs. The ladies bathroom door won’t close and the staul latch is broken. Both easy fixes. Been this way for months. Just getter done already!!!

Would have liked out items for dining in but everyone got “to go” bags which present a “you should leave” vibe. I did like the music coming into of the kitchen instead of the music coming out of the dining room speakers, so I wish they would have turned the country music off. But over all the staff seemed really friendly!

Only thing I didn’t really care about is the people who are loitering my wife and are hanging out in and around the restaurant.
I just felt like there was some shady characters hanging outside I’m trying not to judge for past judgment on anyone but it just felt like they were up to no good nothing happened while I was there however I was on high alert for anything.

I really enjoyed my food. I had the Reuben Sandwich with curly fries and a beverage. I used the Ladies Room before I went to the Theatre. It did not have any toilet paper in either toilet stalls. And the floor was covered in paper towels too. I reported the condition of the Ladies Room to the manager She had someone to put toilet paper in each stall and sweep the floor before anyone else used the Ladies Room. The cashiers and food workers were polite and pleasant and courteous. Would recommend this restaurant to All. Happy Eating.
