Got the 8 Dollar Meal Box in the drive-thru. The workers handed the food to me right away and were friendly. All of the food was warm and good to eat. Very generous with the sauces.

The food was perfect, but the manager Sean (Shawn?) was a jerk during my pickup order. I felt like I was treated like dirt – never got a smile or thank you and it felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there. I feel hesitant to go back because of him.

I got the $7 box and they forgot my cheese sticks and then he told me that he put them in there and they clearly wasn’t I wasn’t arguing with the guy and I went through to drive through should just check your stuff and it was warm the food like it was in a warmer or something definitely wasn’t hot when he gave it to me

I’m giving Arby’s 5 stars because the employee that ran the window today was very professional and her customer service skills was on point. If anything, they should make her a manager because she knew how to run that window and the service was fast and excellent. Kudos to the young lady that ran her window with professionalism and fast service. We need more employees like her 7/30 at 12:15p

My daughter loves it here. I always thought Arby’s only served roast beef . About once a quarter we go to Arby’s and get a vanilla milk shake and “stringy fries” aka mozzarella sticks. I leave without the guilt of buying fast food so it makes me happy. The staff is nice even if they are backed up. The food is hot and comes with a smile and politeness.

Service was fast, so fast didn’t realize until we got home that they forgot 1 of the sandwiches I ordered. The 4 Beef n Cheddars that we ordered barely had any cheddar on them and way too much Arby’s sauce that wasn’t asked for.

They are either waay under staffed or wasn’t listening or cared about my order. Wanted 2 for 5 fish with cheddar. This is what they gave me. One without the cheese & plain. The other, well look at the for of cheese they gave me. Was disappointing & really wanted to try this sandwich.
