The food is always good here. The staff is really nice. They are fast. But good grief, would it kill you all to put some BBQ sauce on the BBQ brisket sandwich that I’m paying $14 for?.. I have ordered this item for years, and this is the only location that seems to consistently (4+ times) uses the smallest amount of sauce possible to still legally qualify it as “having sauce” lol

Went through the drive thru – ordered 2 original roast beef sandwiches which had plenty of meat (here’s the “but”) BUT they were lukewarm at best. Luckily they were both for hubby and he didn’t mind. However “I” mind. I’m of the age that I remember when food establishments cared. When they actually took PRIDE (yea, there’s a word) in what they served. NOW these people just throw whatever out the window knowing you’re not going to turn around and waste 20+ minutes trying to get fresh HOT sandwiches.
(We had jumped off the turnpike).
I wish people cared more, it’s such a shame…

Best quality in the fast food industry. Good selection of sides and the roast beef is top shelf. Even the fish and milk shakes are decent. The management at this store is very helpful and friendly. Britney in particular does a fabulous job of taking care of the guests. The place is always clean and neat. I highly recommend this location.

Just ordered food from here. Service was fast and friendly, food was hot and fresh, but my mozzarella sticks tasted like soap I was only able to eat 1 of the 4 and it didn’t taste right. Very soapy taste, made me scared of getting sick.

Thanks for the food poisoning. I had to get wheeled out of my wife’s hospital room to the ER from your steak nuggets. It is the only thing I ate that day. Here I am two days later and can’t even get out of my bathroom for long enough to get back to my wife at the hospital. I smell a lawsuit. Or is that diarrhea?

The food quality is typically consistent with fast food. However on our most recent drive through trip, we were disgusted to find a soggy filter from a cigarette in the bag among the premium nuggets. The bag only contained nuggets and was shut until we arrived home. When my son went to take the nuggets out of the bag, the cigarette butt fell onto the table. My son was mortified.
I called the restaurant to let them know about the experience and was simply told that no one there smokes so they don’t know how this happened. I’m not sure if this was a teenage prank or an accident, but it is very disturbing. I would have expected more concern from the employee I spoke with. There was no apology, no offer to refund the meal, only a comment indicating that no one at the restaurant could be responsible.

Just ate here we both got raw chicken sandwiches . Made it half way thru eating. If I get food poisoning this will not be the last they here of me!!! I saved the disgusting evidence of there careless negligence!

The Food was cold!! Not fresh and cold! Very disappointing experience! We arrived around 9pm! The dine in is open till 10pm so we should be okay right? No!! The staff clearly were not happy to see someone coming for the dine in asthey were alreay mopping the floors and didn’t want anyone in!
