I recently placed my first order (at this location) using the app and chose the pickup (inside at the “pickup” spot). I understand certain things are out of the specific locations hands (selling out of a dessert, app/site issue, wait time in line UNLESS there’s a single cashier). I have a special needs son who is an extremely picky eater and currently he’s hooked on Arby’s curly fries. There was a minor mistake with our order but they went well beyond simply fixing it. Every employee was kind and wanted to make sure everything was correct (and hot). The location is brand new and spotlessly clean. I’m used to a different location (Rochester) where the experience is the opposite. I almost forgot to mention that the time from ordering on the app until ready was 6 minutes! It took us 10 mins to get there where we found everything was hot and ready.

Shout out to the shift manager (3/18 6pm) who was modeling exceptional leadership qualities that will definitely serve to help develop a top notch crew!
Particularly of note was his genuinely kind, friendly and patient interactions with two regulars each representing an advanced age demographic. Also on our way out we heard him cheerfully correcting an error for a customer. Bravo!!
We have only had good experiences with the entire staff and I was surprised I hadn’t posted a review sooner, but I came looking to update a review with the extra positive feedback and found I hadn’t posted initially!!
It’s fast food so I can only recommend visiting in moderation but when debating our options for a quick bite, this location will always rise to the top of the list!!

Clean and bright inside. 3 Arby’s employees greeted me as I walked in. My mobile order was spot on, and the young lady was just finishing up making it as I approached the counter. The price was right as the App gives good deals. In this case one sandwich was absolutely free! All in all, a perfect 10 for Arby’s! April 3, 2024 around 7pm.
