Yesterday feb 28,2026, sent some one to get me 4, fish sandwich’s opened the sandwich and noticed there weren’t any tartar sauce on it, opened the other 3 sandwich’s no sauce on those either, went back and there was a young lighter skinned man at the register whom i assumed was a manager only because it was him& a young lady in the back preparing the food, i explained there’s no sauce on my fish sandwich’s and he apologized to me& explained there wasnt any, asked me if theres any thing else i would like or if there’s any thing he could do to make right, i asked for my money back and nothing else, he was very apologizing, polite and respectful to me, and very insisting to make it right, not like the miserable others you have to deal with on a daily basis, Arby’s this young man should be if not in charge of dealing with customer service, wish i could of asked him his name but i didnt, he makes the difference.

Food was amazing and the restaurant was clean.
While the older woman (who I assume was the Manager) was incredible, the woman working the cash didn’t really want to be there.
Overall things weren’t so bad and I’ll be back in the future.

My family arrived near closing time to order dinner. The server (named Demetrios) was extremely friendly and helpful — he repeatedly checked whether certain items were missing, made suggestions for things that the kids could order, and generally went out of his way to help us. I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten better service at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!

Stopped for lunch today, at Arby’s. Of all the local chains, Arby’s stands out. Food made fresh to order. The service people are always so pleasant and the food excellent. They have the best crinkle fries and sandwiches well worth the visit. Other chains prices leave me asking 15$ for this?? Arby’s still serving up a great meal at a great price. I ate in, tables and restaurant clean and welcoming!

So I brought a van load of people there at 8:30 on Friday night to get food was informed when we got in the door they wouldn’t serve us because they had already cleaned all their stuff up in there. They had your chairs on the tables and the restaurant was basically shut down. Who does that on Friday night at 8:30 if I was the Arby’s corporation and I was looking to trim the fat this restaurant would be the first one to go. We would’ve spent well in excess of $100 to feed the 15 people that we had. I have no idea what kind of mess they have at that restaurant but that’s exactly what they have a mess.

Came at lunch sat for 10 min and the drive thru did not move left without anything! Tried again for dinner and waited since there is nothing else open at 8 pm! 2 cars ahead took order no problem but waited 15 min and the girl repeated the order and was missing items and did not apologize for the wait.or order error, took our money& waited. We had enough time to see they desperately need updated registers and the older gentleman had time to stock and dump the empty boxes in the dumpster and come inside to help with the cashier we realized he was the manager! We then waited another ten min after paying for the food that still was not correct, do not go here!
