Ordered through doordash yesterday around 2:45 and it took until 3:40 to get my order and it was not even luke warm. My wife and son were on the toilet all night and I was this morning. Unless you want food poisoning, do not eat at this establishment. This was the only thing my family had to eat together, so this is obviously where we got sick. Never again.

It is an Arby’s on the West side of Syracuse. The entry and exit is difficult due to the hill they are on. Then you have to turn hard off the hill to get out which is jarring. We try to avoid this one if we can because of this.

The food is what you expect from Arby’s but some of the staff are ridiculous, especially the teenage girls working there. The cursing and screaming when the drive thru window is open, especially when customers have children clearly visible in their vehicles, is insane.

This place should honestly be ashamed to serve the food it serves. Twice I’ve been there and twice I was disappointed. The last time I went there I got a breakfast sandwich and it legitimately almost made me sick. It was cold throughout and wasn’t fresh in the least. The picture attached to my review should speak volumes. A very unfortunate food experience.
