While in the area we stopped into this Arby’s since most of the locations closed where we lived. Although the food was good, the service was another story. The young lady Yesica seemed more interested in engaging with her colleagues than focusing on our order. Not only did she charge us for extra items (which we didn’t mind since we were hungry), but when we asked her regarding a charge on the receipt, she had an attitude and while walking to the back towards her colleagues , she talked smack about us in Spanish, not realizing we understood everything she said. Rather than engage in ignorance, we ate our meal and kept it moving.

Good, clean fast food restaurant, very fast service, and delicious food with sometimes better than the average fast food restaurants’ quality. Beautiful lounge with a fireplace in the dining area. Only paper straws available and it’s doesn’t stand up to the milkshakes, which makes them practically useless.

Nicely remodeled fast food restaurant. Some cozy seating spots including one with a fireplace. Had the gyro salad, jalapeño roast beef slider and curly fries. The gyro salad only had a couple of bits of meat on top. For the price I expected more. The rest of my order was great. Service was fast and efficient. Will be trying out more of their menu.

Arby’s only gave me one or two Horsey sauces, and the manager acted like it was a big deal. Ridiculous way to run a business—customers won’t come back if you’re this stingy.

I’ve been to this Arby’s several times before shopping at IKEA, as it’s only 5 minutes away. I love Arby’s roast beef sandwiches and their potato cakes. You can’t get these at other fast food places. The service is quick. The atmosphere is lovely.
