My food was HORRIBLE TODAY. I can’t believe this .. and I only get a $5.00 refund .. insane I’ll never order from them. This was my 1st & last. The food has no taste. Horrible horrendous food taste.

Very rude employees along with the Indian manager. I was having an issue with the app while trying to place an order. They did not want to help me and made me force to pay full price for two beef and cheddars when they obviously seen I was struggling trying to use the buy one get free coupon via online.
Then after I paid full price for two sandwiches, I requested the Arby’s and Hershey sauce, then the manager questioned me why. I politely asked for two of each again and she said to me at the time we are out I can give you only ketchup. What is the reason you come to Arby’s for? We enjoy the sauces for the sandwiches yes! Terrible customer service all around. Store needs an update also

Ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal. Fries were soggy, soda was warm & syrupy. The Chicken on the sandwich was woody and dry as dust, not to mention, the actual amount of chicken was absurd. Basically, a lettuce & tomato sandwich with a tiny chicken tender. “We’ve got the meats?” Where, where exactly are they? Got 2 stars for fast service.

This place is disgusting. Its filthy your feet stick to the floor no one cleans any of the tables the windows are dirty the whole place is just gross. I also had a gyro and a roast beef sandwich and was up at 3am on the toilet for 1/2 hour. Please stay away from this establishment go to 7 11 instead for dinner your better off

I love Arby’s, and always have. This Arby’s one of my favorite . Always good food and service. Love the Floats too. I went twice this month and I usually don’t do fast food. Try it and enjoy!
