It was a change from the buger and chicken options that horsy sauce adds a good kick to the beef. Corned beef was great for under $8 . Kid ar drive though was kind curious.

I loved going to this Arby’s but it’s going downhill- and fast. Ordered through the drive through and was met with a young woman of Indian descent; pretty face, but ugly attitude. I was already uneasy when she couldn’t repeat my simple order correctly 3 times, but when she handed us our drinks (soda) it was COMPLETELY flat. We politely told her and asked if we can replace it with a non carbonated drink like an iced tea or a lemonade. She literally argued with us saying it was fine even after trying it herself, and re-poured us the exact same liquid acting like it was magically fixed. We then insisted that she replace the drink, which was met with reluctance and attitude. Then she had the gall to up-charge us for it! It’s not my fault that this staff didn’t replace their CO2 in their machines.. We gave her a debit card to charge and she argued, trying to get us to give her cash instead (which I truly believe she was going to pocket for herself) but we told her we didn’t have any cash, and she charged for the lemonade begrudgingly as if I made her do it?!
THEN to top it off she gave us the lemonade with the wrong top, and no straw. At this point I was already frustrated so we left. And now for the cherry on top, I open my box for my chicken sandwich and this is what I was met with (photo).. are you kidding me?! My meal cost me almost $40 and the chicken in my sandwich, which is the main protein isn’t even bigger than a slice of kraft cheese?! Unbelievable. I will never return. Arby’s you let me down man.

Awesome spot, not many Arby’s around here but this one is top notch. The food was fresh and hot. Their curly fries are delicious, as is their Roast Beef and Brisket Smokehouse sandwiches. They had lots of drink options and sauces available. The staff were very polite and friendly. The dining area was very clean and neat. Would for sure return.

Went there on Christmas Eve, never going there again! Their idea of customer service is a joke. I clearly placed my order, only to find out after leaving that they got it wrong. It was a simple order, roast beef, fries and a drink. How difficult is that. I returned to the store to remedy the situation and was advised that they were now closed (3:00pm the day before Christmas. The employee didn’t even offer an apology and severely lacked any customer service skills. Don’t even bother going to this establishment, unless you like a horrible experience.

Great stop for a bite to eat .
On this visit I ordered the Brisket sandwich combo meal .it was served fresh made and quickly. It tasted great !
The seating area was very clean as was the Ladies room .

Idk who’s working the drive thru right now but she clearly hates her job. Hope next time I try to place an order she’s not rude no wonder there’s not so many locations.

Decided to get Arby’s for the first time last night 12/20 . No customers inside or drive thru . Thought hey this is gonna be fresh . WRONG . The guy that took my order was disappointingly rude got 4 items out of the 5 I ordered were hard / stale seemed like it was sitting for hours, one item was a completely different sandwich then what my family ordered , Decided to ask for a refund for the items that were clearly old he informed me the kitchen is closed and he can’t give a refund because he doesn’t know how asked if I can come back tomorrow for the refund I told him I live 40 mins away he turned around and came back with a ten dollar bill and said to have a good night closed the window and started to prepare to close the store that wasn’t supposed to close for over an hour . Completely strange encounter and bad first experience lol . Zero stars if it could be

This is a great Arby’s location. It has a modern appearance and setup, and plenty of seating.
The staff were friendly and attentive. Most of the food took a little bit to come out, but that’s because they were making it fresh, which I won’t complain about!
I’ll definitely stop by here again on our way to the Delaware Water Gap.

Not good service at all. Ordered online and when we picked up we made sure to check the bag. half the order was missing, two classics not there, no cheese sauce, no marinara for the mozz sticks, I ordered horsey and Arby’s sauce and ketchup not in the bag he asks what sauces I want when it was on the receipt, and ordered two French dips……NO Au jus in the bag. WTH didn’t realize that one till half way home. annoying.
