I was ordering off doordash and I couldn’t find shakes as an option so I called arbys to see if they were discontinuing them. The gentleman who answered (I so regret not getting his name) told me they do have them and he would reach out to doordash to figure out why that was happening AND in the meantime he would add a shake on my order for free 😀
*doordash app was fixed the very next day!

First time in years that I ordered the super roast beef sandwich from any Arby’s and it came out looking like it should. Plenty of meat and veg and sauce, not smooshed and soggy. Service was pretty quick at the drive thru even though they were obviously very busy.

Somethings different with the meats. The Roast Beef has thin white plastic looking pieces all through it, im thinking its suppose to appear as fat, well…. appear maybe but tastes wise? definatly not! I can never get a fully correct order and they repeat your order to you so somewhere between them confirming and the window somethings happening. Its everytime and its rarely under $40 an order! Uggg….. i use to loved this place!

Three s because my experience was so limited. I’m not big on franchises, but, I have never eaten at an Arby’s before and I wanted a small lunch. I tried the steak gyro and I thought it was good. Service was okay. Staff were never rude. I think I paid with my phone. Prices okay. I may try other Arby’s gyros in the future. I signed up for the Arby’s app. Right next to Walmart.

Everything about this place is awesome. For fast food and the way it is it’s very clean. The food is always very good. The orders are never wrong and if they are they make it correct right away I mean in this place is very underrated. The staff are excellent.

They are a good crew. Always very nice and respectful. Can’t get enough poppers and bronco. I appreciate you all for being so helpful lately. Been an adjustment having my leg amputated and having to wait for my prosthetic, plus my 7 year old with no patience and a tell you like it is and where to go attitude. You guys Rock!!
