I love Arby’s but this one in Augusta needs a remodel. The drive through sign is falling apart so I could barely read it. The staff was not very pleasant to talk to. One worker even told me this place is not well maintained. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar with fries and a side of poppers that were all cold.

The food was delicious and fresh!! The service was phenomenal, I love going to Augusta Arby’s whenever I get the chance!!
I rated the atmosphere lower because the entire place really needs to be updated and both the inside and outside needs a good cleaning (spider webs and dust) and some fresh, vibrant paint and better seating.
Also, there is no exit, unless you go through the drive thru.
