Alright food but frustrating experience, while deciding lunch I looked in the Arbys app found a coupon that can only be used in the app, after 20 minutes it was clear the app was none functional so annoyance at app aside I still placed an order at the drive thru and the service was quick.
Got a buffalo chicken slider and I know sliders are small but this one feels comically bite sized for almost $3. Included ketchup packet for scale.

I grew up in Auburn and whenever I swing through I stop at this Arby’s. The service is quick and the food is typical Arbys but its served well at this location. When I was here most recently the place was clean and the line moved quickly.

Worst Arby’s experience ever. Our family dines at Arby’s locations all across the U.S. and typically have better customer service than any other fast food chain. However this location has some major employee problems. Firstly, when I walked in there was a lazy, pathetic excuse for an employee leaning against the back counter of the hot holding area, FACING AWAY from guests. There was absolutely no one else visible to help guests. So I said loudly, “Hello there?” No answer, no response whatsoever. That’s because he was busy playing on his phone. Surprise, surprise. Then, another employee managed to crawl out from somewhere in the back of the house. His reaction to my presence was one of displeasure. He rung me up at the front counter but said I have to ring you up in the drive thru because the dining room register has already been closed down despite them being open for 30 more minutes. After finally having my order taken and receiving my food, I was offered no Arby’s or horsey sauce. Can’t believe that is what passes for a positive customer experience these days.

Stickier floors than you local movie theater but still better than waffle house… offered even to mop while I waited for my order… that was days ago and still alive, but I’ve been told I have an overactive immune system. I still wouldn’t rank this higher than slightly moderate in terms of risk… they got the meats

Arby’s is a big treat for us because we only go here when we are in the area. It’s great every time we go! There are no Arby’s in eastern Mass we take advantage we we’re out in the Auburn/Worcester area. We had 10 of us thus time around.
