This Arby’s is great! Compared to almost all fast food concepts in western Massachusetts, this location manages to hire extremely competent staff. It’s a bit far for me and a difficult location, but the customer service is great and the product is always fresh and well prepared. No shortcuts. Clean inside and fast service. The secret at Arby’s, crinkle cuts. Almost on par with Canes. The curly fries are always broken into pieces and have that weird aftertaste. Crinkle all day! But you can’t go wrong with the potato cakes and mozz sticks either.

I am a delivery driver who resides in RI but anytime my deliveries take me anywhere near Chicopee or Auburn MA I always stop in & grab lunch. The food has always been spot on & service has been just fine, clean establishments too! PLEASE BRING ARBYS TO RHODE ISLAND OR SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS!!!!

I didn’t even go here but my Google has demanded a review 5 times now. So yes, the food is bomb, at least from the Arby’s I’ve been too, maybe not this one. BUT the service and atmosphere gets 0 since apparently I’ve been there, but I did NOT receive food OR service from ANYONE. One star for making my day either better or worse, idk yet. You can also see from my picture, that I’m NOT at Arby’s. My other awnsers are because their required.
