If I could I would give it zero stars. Food is honestly so gross, I don’t see employees wear gloves at all. All employees were so rude. Scooped up my ice cream and dropped it on the floor, picked it up right in front of my face and served it, then proceeded to charge me for it. I left and threw the ice cream away. Don’t come here at all.

It took over an HOUR to get our order taken because the kid behind the counter clearly did not want to be there. When our order was given he just stared at us without writing anything down. After repeating it he came back with a notepad and asked AGAIN what our order was. He wouldn’t even take the full order and we had to keep telling him we weren’t done talking. He made the cold items first that contained ice cream so they melted in that hour we waited for him to cook the tortas. The food we brought home was made wrong, cold stuff melted, tortas were cold, and the takilocos were soggy because he also made them first and they just sat there. The maruchan we ordered was prepared wrong as well. We even had to ask if someone could hop behind the counter and help him out. We will not be returning. This is a photo of the pepinos that were made wrong even after we told them. Half of the other food was thrown out because we had difficulty eating when we got home. Ridiculous.

Loved the atmosphere, the workers were friendly. I ordered 2 quesa-tacos and got steak not birria. Other than my food being wrong and being charged a different price than the menu listed, it was good.

We decided to try this place out for dessert because the pictures and reviews sounded so nice. They really did not disappoint and were super friendly. They had no issue explaining anything on the menu and I will definitely be back!
