Beautifully set up against the hill on a manicured golf course sits Aquaterra restaurant, I was invited to share a thanks giving meal prepared here. I was simply delighted in the perfect holiday food. Every dish reminded me of something home cooked by the best grandma over many days! Aqua Terra is a beautiful restaurant. We sat near a the window with a golf course view, with mountains beyond. We had a delightfull waitress named Andrea. The tempura fried asparagus was fantastic! The cobb salad was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

We had a party of 9 and a reservation for 5:30pm on a Sunday. The service was amazing as was the food. Simply incredible!!! When in Fallbrook…..It’s a must try!!

We had a spontaneous dinner here on a Monday night. They close at 7 pm. Our service was excellent as was our Shrimp Scampi. My husband and I shared the plate, and it was plenty for both of us. We also ordered the Tempura Asparagus. It was very yummy with the sauce they pair it with. It was not very busy, they do have music on some nights. Lovely setting.

New chef, good menu, tasty drinks with a good variety of cocktails & beer/wine selection. The golf course view from the dog friendly patio is pleasant. Live music on Friday nites. As a Fallbrook local I frequent this place monthly and it’s always an enjoyable experience!

The food is quite good but the wine list is lacking. I have had the salmon tacos which are really delicious and the tempura asparagus is yummy but it would be nice to pair these dishes with a nice wine.

I have loves and will always love Pala Mesa. When under the right leadership, Aquaterra is excellent.
Although I stand by my previous experience, this is still a fabulous place to stay, play golf, and eat.
I have been here hundreds of times, and I’ve seen it high and low, but when they hit the mark, it is a great place. Professional golf course, very nice hotel, and great food. Go see for yourself.
Now come Pala Mesa, hit the mark and be the best in town again!
Very slow/non existent service. For the price to eat there, you should expect more. Very sad because it had so much potential but just lacks in so many areas. Hope things turn around and the managers make the necessary changes.
