Ambience is always amazing; somewhat quiet but with a bit of small chatters. For dinner we ordered Wagyu beef sliders, Brussels sprouts, Flat break pizza; all amazing, and so is the dessert lava cake with vanilla icecream. For breakfast we ordered BYO omelette, Smoked Salmon Benny w/ fruits, and Belgian Waffles. All delicious.
We’d especially like to recommend the waiters; Vince and Otis G. Vince served us dinner and not only was he knowledgeable with menu items, he recommended the exact amount we needed, was attentive, friendly and courteous until even when the restaurant was about to close. Otis served us breakfast the next morning; he was also friendly, attentive and recommended the perfect menu items for us to enjoy.
It is rare that a restaurant has both amazing food plus outstanding services; and this one definitely earned our hearts.
Because of the amazing services by Vince & Otis, plus the amazing food items, we will continue to return to Aqua Terra as well as the Seattle Airport Marriott hotel. Money well spent. Keep up the good work!
If you stay here grab a meal here. The dining room is elegant and attractive. Care is taken in the food. Five stars all around.
Keegan our waiter was friendly/awesome, and compliments to the chef.
I started with the clam and crab chowder, which was creamy and had a great flavor. I then had the king salmon in beurre blanc, which was really delicious. It could be that as someone who lives in the Southeast, I just don’t have the opportunity to eat king salmon a lot, but about the fish itself and the way it was prepared was top notch. If you’re staying here and you don’t have a car or you’re just feeling lazy, I would recommend this restaurant. I actually thought of Ubering due to the price of the restaurant, But I realized that with the amount that I would probably spend on Uber, I would just be easier and perhaps cheaper to eat at the hotel.
Plus creme brulee.
And Vince waited on us, ACE!!
Sharps Resturant is right around the corner. We decided to give it a try since it was within walking distance.
The food is delicious and definitely five star. Eveything is made fresh.
The service is great and everyone is extremely nice.
They have a great cocktail list and all comes from their family owned winery.
Definitely will be back and would recommend it to anyone in the area. You will not be disapointed.
