Well you will not find this place unless you know kinda out in industrial area but don’t let that stop you. Worth the drive to it and find it. I had their cinnamon rolls and I have had a ton in my lifetime and made them but there are top notch. Delicious and worth going there for . I got the hash brown very flavorful. Not those bland ones you get at other places. Had the skillet Delicious and worth getting. Many locals go here more than once every week. Place is packed on Saturday. They sometimes run out of stuff so get there early. Prices are reasonable and service was great. I will definitely be going back myself. They have limited hours so check that before you go and if it is Saturday and your not there early you just might not get in before they close so plan accordingly.

This was our first visit to Apron Strings and it was a really nice place for a hearty breakfast and a very decent price. The staff was lovely and the old diner ambience was second-to-none.

The breakfast scramble was enough food for 2 people, our toddler was able to eat for less than $5, and my picky daughter ate and loved every bite of her peanut butter stuffed french toast.

Nice little breezy spoon restaurant tucked away from the main drags. Interesting atmosphere with lots of local signs and decor that you would expect. The service was pretty quick and the wait staff were friendly and efficient. But the food… I couldn’t really concentrate on whether most of my dish was okay or not because my pancake was cold to the touch and the butter was frozen. I suspect they probably have pretty good food most of the time but my experience was tainted. I would have said something about it but the wait staff were incredibly busy. Also, the parking situation was interesting. They have a fenced in parking area but apparently the locals park however they want. There were some sections where there were literally vehicles trapped between two other vehicles because they were parked in 3 deep. It’s just a gravel parking lot so there’s no lines or anything but you would think common sense would prevail.

Amazing hole in the wall recommended by coworkers. Sausage potato soup and egg salad sandwich were delicious. Highly highly recommend.

Service was slow, once our food arrived we only received part of it. Once we are able to flag down a waiter we were told our other items were sold out. So instead of asking us what we would like to replace the missing item with they took it upon themselves to just not acknowledge it. Very poor service for our first visit l. Even worse we had to go to a fast food restaurant so our child could have breakfast.

The food is fantastic. Best breakfast you can get in Bedford. I love the French toast with the different fillings, which include actual fresh fruit and not a weird fruit-flavored syrup. The coffee cake is great, and they often have lots of different flavors for both. The only issue is that my order frequently has something small missing or wrong, but usually it’s corrected. Very nice staff tho!

Tucked away in an industrial area just off of John Williams Blvd in Bedford is the best little gem of a breakfast place in town. Family owned and operated, fresh ingredients, never ending coffee, just grab your cup on the way in!

The everything omelette is delicious, and light. Portion sizes are perfect. The hash brown casserole is a must. Apron Strings is the only place I would go for breakfast in town.
