My first time visiting a food truck outside of a county fair.
My husband , daughter and I visited June 15, 2025 . My hubby wanted to try this food truck , Apple Thai Nee.
He had the chicken pad Thai. My daughter had the omelette and rice. I had the Thai fried rice with chicken. We had one order of spring rolls. One Thai tea.
It was ALL so good ❣️❣️❣️❣️
Food was 5/5, Customer service 5/5 . Atmosphere 5/5.
Super friendly . Answered all our questions and was happy to do so.
They very kindly gave us a order of Banana rolls which were fantastic ❣️
100 percent recommend ❣️❣️❣️
Apple Thai Nee is now added to our favorites list

Every so often, you find a food place that blows your mind on every level that you wonder how it could even exist. Apple Thai Nee’s Kitchen is that place for me.
In every metric possible for a food truck, they have exceeded expectations spectacularly.
The owners are a husband and wife, Sam and Apple, who not only put out what is probably the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted, but they also provide great and friendly service, and the food is cooked so fast that it honestly boggles the mind. Pretty much every time I’ve ordered food, it’s ready by the time I arrive (which is usually about 10-15 minutes for me). The portions are very generous, which is great because you’ll want to keep eating until you’re stuffed, and you might still have enough left for another helping later in the day.
The value for the quality and portions is incredible; the prices are very good.

Considering how competitive the Thai food scene is in Northwest Arkansas, Apple Thai Nee manages to shine like a brilliant diamond. Perhaps most importantly, you can tell the food is made with tons of love and care. It gives me similar vibes of my own family’s home-cooked food, and that’s really saying something. It’s pretty much the highest compliment I can give.
On top of this, they’re incredibly kind people. One time my car’s battery died while I was there during the winter, and Sam went and asked every person he could find in the area until a customer came who was able to help me out, and the two of them helped jumpstart my car in what was honestly freezing weather. (By the way, that customer recommended the Pineapple Fried Rice, which was great). That’s not even going into all the other times they’ve treated me well, like when I’m getting ready to take a stressful, huge exam and they’re extra generous with the food and encouraged me to do well.

This review has been a long-time coming (and I apologize for not doing it sooner!) But I wanted to do them as much justice as I could in this review.
Over the past 2 years, I’ve tried out most of their menu, and pretty much every dish is a certified banger.
My personal favorites are the Pad Kee Mao and the Thai Omelet, but you can’t go wrong with literally anything on their menu. Their Thai tea was also delicious too. Just be aware that their “Thai Hot” spice level is no joke, and it’s great for me who loves spicy food, but they can also make the food as mild as necessary for any palate.
Seriously, check them out. You won’t regret it. They’re consistently awesome and I wish them the best and further success in the future.

Unexpectedly ended up here after several attempts to find a Thai restaurant that was open near New Year’s eve. We decided to quit our search and try this place, and we were glad we did! Service was super friendly and he took time to answer our questions. Even though it was a food truck, we were giving a buzzer and allowed to sit in our car while it was prepared. It came hot and fresh and was really yummy! My husband’s beef Pad Thai was stellar and I got the chicken and vegetables with brown sauce (I don’t remember the name). I definitely recommend it for a quick bite.

I do not say this lightly when I say this place is the best Thai in Fayetteville! I ordered the Pad Ke Mao (added broccoli), Fried Spring Rolls, and Mango Sticky Rice. They were all phenomenal! I came because of the reviews. They earned a loyal customer because of flavor and quality. Delicious is an understatement!

Definitely the best food truck in Northwest Arkansas! I frequent them for the red curry, and my boyfriend loves the pineapple fried rice. Great food, great people.
They have different spice levels 1-5 star. Something for everyone.

Our first time trying Thai Nee and it was all fantastic! We got the Phorrito and Currito along with mango sticky rice and a Thai tea. Everything was great but the Phorrito was seriously next level. Incredible flavor, great prices, hearty serving sizes, and great service. We will definitely be back.

All the meals are only around $13! They don’t dilute their curry down at all. Pure coconut milk flavor. My husband loved his Pho even more than his favorite Pho restaurant in town

If you find yourself over by the lake Fayetteville park area where the food trucks are at you seriously need to stop and give Apple’s Thai Nee Kitchen a try. The quality and care that goes into the food is amazing and the price is more than reason for the amount of food you’re getting. The owners, legitimately care about their customers and take the time to really talk to you and truly appreciate you being there. They are back in business and better than ever after losing their first truck to a fire. So do yourself a favor and go experience some AMAZING food with AMAZING people.

This has become one of my favorite food truck! The spicy food is ACTUALLY spicy and the best part of it is that it has great taste along with the spiciness! It is quite amazing! If you rizz a girl up with the beat Thai food, bring her here! NO CAP!

Bro who runs the front end is an amazing person, and his wife running the kitchen can throw down like any champion in the ring. I recommend trying many of the different things they have to offer, the Lad Na was so good!
