My husband , daughter and I visited June 15, 2025 . My hubby wanted to try this food truck , Apple Thai Nee.
He had the chicken pad Thai. My daughter had the omelette and rice. I had the Thai fried rice with chicken. We had one order of spring rolls. One Thai tea.
It was ALL so good ❣️❣️❣️❣️
Food was 5/5, Customer service 5/5 . Atmosphere 5/5.
Super friendly . Answered all our questions and was happy to do so.
They very kindly gave us a order of Banana rolls which were fantastic ❣️

Thanks yaw for a great experience ❣️
In every metric possible for a food truck, they have exceeded expectations spectacularly.
The owners are a husband and wife, Sam and Apple, who not only put out what is probably the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted, but they also provide great and friendly service, and the food is cooked so fast that it honestly boggles the mind. Pretty much every time I’ve ordered food, it’s ready by the time I arrive (which is usually about 10-15 minutes for me). The portions are very generous, which is great because you’ll want to keep eating until you’re stuffed, and you might still have enough left for another helping later in the day.
The value for the quality and portions is incredible; the prices are very good.
Considering how competitive the Thai food scene is in Northwest Arkansas, Apple Thai Nee manages to shine like a brilliant diamond. Perhaps most importantly, you can tell the food is made with tons of love and care. It gives me similar vibes of my own family’s home-cooked food, and that’s really saying something. It’s pretty much the highest compliment I can give.
On top of this, they’re incredibly kind people. One time my car’s battery died while I was there during the winter, and Sam went and asked every person he could find in the area until a customer came who was able to help me out, and the two of them helped jumpstart my car in what was honestly freezing weather. (By the way, that customer recommended the Pineapple Fried Rice, which was great). That’s not even going into all the other times they’ve treated me well, like when I’m getting ready to take a stressful, huge exam and they’re extra generous with the food and encouraged me to do well.
This review has been a long-time coming (and I apologize for not doing it sooner!) But I wanted to do them as much justice as I could in this review.
Over the past 2 years, I’ve tried out most of their menu, and pretty much every dish is a certified banger.
My personal favorites are the Pad Kee Mao and the Thai Omelet, but you can’t go wrong with literally anything on their menu. Their Thai tea was also delicious too. Just be aware that their “Thai Hot” spice level is no joke, and it’s great for me who loves spicy food, but they can also make the food as mild as necessary for any palate.
Seriously, check them out. You won’t regret it. They’re consistently awesome and I wish them the best and further success in the future.
They have different spice levels 1-5 star. Something for everyone.
