Typical Applebees stop, but this one was completely different. This is a Applebees IHOP! What an awesome combination. What do I get? An omelet or a burger!?! Such a great idea for a restaurant. So I got a club soda and it was perfectly carbonated. 10/10 for that. I got the chicken wonton tacos but they were so good I forgot to take a photo so here’s a photo of my fork that I used to scoop up the remaining chicken on my plate. I got the quesadilla burger double patties with CRISPY garlic green beans. What a great combination on my plate. The person making my party a party of 2 got the appetizer platter and they brought all the sauces we needed to make this experience delectable! Thank you to our waitress for being really nice and the staff for getting our food out quickly!

The food is ok in terms of cooking. The quantity is good. My wife ordered unlimited rib bit. It indeed is unlimited. However it could take a long time to wait for the food. The service is inconsistent. Attitude is all great. Some people do try very hard to provide a great service but sometimes the request was dropped and you have to try another one to make the request. Sometimes it could wait for a while for someone to show up. Although we have passed 10pm, they did not rush us out.

We have been going to Appleee’s for over 8 years now and have always loved everything about it, food, service, pricing, atmosphere, staff, all of it. That has drastically changed since IHop has taken over. We have given it many chances over the past couple of months, but our most recent experience will be our last.
When we arrived, I was surprised to see how few customers there were. We were seated quickly, and packets of utensils were brought to the table, but there were no spoons or napkins.
It took about 15-20 minutes before our Wait person came to the table, which was surprising considering how few customers there were. Our drink orders were taken and delivered about 10 minutes later, at which time our appetizer and dinner orders were taken. 20 minutes later, we still didn’t have our appetizers. We hadn’t seen our Wait person, since our orders were placed, so we flagged down the front desk person and asked about our order. They said the kitchen was very busy but that they would check on it. I found it hard to believe the kitchen was that busy, given the number of customers in the restaurant, most of whom already had their food.
Within about 5 minutes, our Wait person arrived with our appetizers, but didn’t bring any appetizer plates and still had no napkins. About 5 minutes after that, 2 other staff members brought our food orders. We asked them for the small appetizer plates and napkins, which they brought out quickly.
We have always gotten superior service and food at Applebee’s, but that is no longer the case. It is very clear that the kitchen staff are not well trained, or, at the very least, do not follow recipe directions, or simply don’t care. The majority of the wait staff are also lacking in even basic service techniques and rules. Some of them give off an attitude of hating their job and making customers uncomfortable. There are still some Wait Staff members that survived the IHop takeover, so if you are lucky enough to have one of them as your server, you will at least get good service, whether or not you get good food will be hit or miss. In our experience, it has been mostly miss. The food is not up to par, the servings are smaller, the flavors are off and they have removed the all-time favorite ‘Fish and Chips’, from the menu.
It is sad and unfortunate that our favorite restaurant has gone so far downhill, that we are simply not willing to return.

This was my 2nd visit since they switched to Ihoppelbee’s. I had the hand battered fish and chips. Fish was excellent, perfect beer batter coating and cooked perfect…not soggy. Fries were great. Coleslaw needs some work…was very under flavored, no bite to it. My dining partners both ordered the breakfast samplers with regular pancake and Tres Letche pancakes…hashbrown were well cooked, bacon was crispy, sausage links are a little to much sage tasting, but could be worse. Eggs…scrambled. one order was overdone…looked like the griddle was too hot for them. Gladly replaced with perfect eggs.
Serve was very friendly and helpful. Corrected a couple of mistakes quickly. I had the impression she was a newer hire still learning the system and they may have been a little short of service staff, but who isn’t now a days. She was pleasant, smiled and took care of any issues.
I will revisit.

If I could leave this place a 0 star review. I would. It is a sorry excuse for an IHOP. We waited over an hour and a 1 for food. That was never placed. Even though we ordered 3 times we got an appetizer. That was pulled the meat was almost raw and the our onion, rings, we’re it’s a nasty. Do you not recommend find a new place to go? Because this place will just keep you waiting. The no excuses sorry, excuse for an applebee’s, ihop

I went there this morning, had the breakfast burrito. It was good, not the best but not the worst. Service was good. My biggest complaint is they charged me $4.58 for a cup of coffee. This is unreal. I’m so upset about that. I could of went next door to dutch bros and got a coffee that was around the same price and 10x better. I-HOP DO BETTER.

Well, a friend and I went out to visit IHOP. it had been a long long time and I was ready for a good IHOP breakfast. We got seated. Everything was good, we ordered and got our meal instantly almost at least it seemed. One part of the breakfast was and all you can eat bottomless pancakes. You got that when you purchased one of their main dishes. So we got our original order pancakes and immediately ordered some more. We didn’t get these very fast. It’s a matter fact we didn’t get these at all. It took them over 25 minutes to even come ask us if we had received the extra pancakes and if everything was OK. We told them no it was not OK. Seem more like a scam. You offer bottomless pancakes, but you only serve the first two and then you never get to the other ones. I was really disappointed. And so is my friend. Biscuits and gravy portion of my breakfast was horrible. The pancakes were good. The eggs were good, but the hashbrowns left a little something to be desired as well. All in all when I go back to IHOP? No I would not. It wasn’t worth the $47 we spent on not bottomless pancakes and on not fantastic food and on not fantastic service.

We ordered online for a pick up order but it wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so we sat on the bench to wait. Big thank you to Sherri who was very kind and helpful making sure we were taken care of. She double checked on our order for us after 15min. Even though she was busy and it wasn’t her job (in my eyes) she brought it out and apologized for the disappearance of the gentleman who initially helped us. Thanks Sherri
