The breakfast was fantastic. Service at both breakfast and dinner was very friendly and attentive. However I wasn’t pleased with dinner. The menu said the short ribs “fall of the bone” not at all. They were tough. I even had trouble cutting them apart with a knife. They obviously don’t know how to cook ribs

EDIT- My son’s macaroni and cheese came 100% came from a Kraft box (the cheap ones). I wish i had taken a photo for proof, French fries seemed microwaved. Our chips from the sampler platter came from bottom of bag. I did take a picture of the chips though, i was in complete disbelief. THE PLACE IS VERY POORLY managed! There were multiple guests seated close to us that seemed to have same issue. One man had to get up and flag another waitress down to even ask for his drinks! The staff needs more training. When I went to the bar to get my refills, they were very nice and attentive!

The over all experience was not good. All the staff seemed fairly friendly and nice. We sat waiting for a server to see us for 20 minutes, ordered our drinks, then another 10 minute wait. Ordered our food, we ordered the 2 for $25. Food took 20 minutes to arrive, very cold, almost like out of the refrigerator. We were missing our cheese sticks from the sampler platter, waited 10 minutes for those. NOT ONE TIME DID OUR SERVER ASK US FOR A REFILL!!! I had to go to the bar and get my wife and I refills.
I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP.
I was tempted to speak with manager but I didn’t.
I will give this place another try after the visitors have mostly left, after ski season.

Just visited on Sunday and the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Food was great too! The place was packed and we were told there was a 45 minutes to 1 hour wait time but they managed to get us in a little before. They were moving fast and making sure to get the tables ready quick between guests. Everyone has a smile and willing to help the guests and each other to get things moving. The waitresses were helping each other taking orders out and it was great to see that partnership and teamwork!

Went on friday and food was ok. . Service was amazing by tobias our waiter. He is a true people person, chatty yet attentive he made our day. If you have him as a waiter you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work.

Our 1st time visiting this new restaurant, which shares a menu with IHOP. Tonight, we ordered the 2 for $25 special and tried the cheeseburger (fair at best) and chicken parm which was terrible (chewy and overcooked). Service was great, however. But the food quality needs quick and vast improvement.
