Today, I had such a great experience. Going to an amazing looking brand new restaurant with great service. Attentive, very clean ,food was severed hot and our server was so attentive .We will be returning with our friends to watch sports and enjoy a great tasting !!!!!

Came here a few days ago for dinner. Ended up walking out and leaving. Not one server came to seat me and I KNOW at least two of them saw me…. And why the heck is there two pregnant waitresses here??!!! I know women need to work but they looked miserable and seeing this when I first walked in was concerning…. I ended up just going to sit at the bar. Again waited and no acknowledgement. There was only 3 other people at the bar, the restaurant was not even busy at all. After about 5-10mins sitting there I just got up and left. I was sooo excited to eat here but the vibes in there were depressing and unwelcoming. Never again.

I’m not really sure how I felt about my experience this morning. This location used to be just an IHOP. And even then I don’t think my rating would be good. I had an online order for pick up at 10. My order wasn’t ready until 10:30. So I was late getting back to work. While the host staff wasn’t rude they didn’t really know what was going on. Their personal conversations seemed more important than the customers. When I finally got my food I wanted to check the order before leaving and the lid popped off one of the to go orders and fell on the floor. There was no urgency from the staff to help. They eventually remade my food without hesitation which was nice but it added another 20 minutes to my wait. The staff wasn’t rude however they seemed untrained and had other priorities. I might give this place a 2nd chance but as of right now 2 stars at best.
