I really loved the combination of the two restaurants. Makes it a good choice for large parties with some who may still want breakfast in the afternoon. I was able to order off both the breakfast and lunch menu at the same time. The service was excellent with our waiter bringing things before we even asked, like our beverages being refilled. Special attention was paid to my GG baby, so even a two year old had a good time. The food was great and more than we could eat. We will definitely be back to try more menu items and some of our favorites. My burger with egg and hash browns was over the top good.

The existing building was Updated into an Applebee’s/Ihop restaurant. Atmosphere is great & the employee’s with positive vibes. Great food (breakfast) & served in a timely manner.

Our first time at the Applebees-IHOP was not exactly the best. Our food was amazing but our service was very poor.
HOWEVER our second time was amazing. The manager reached out to us and fix everything for us. We had such a sweet and kind server named Eden.
We love that Applebees-IHOP has a great selection of both restaurants on their menu. It’s a good mix of both. We personally love the burgers. (Honestly the best burger in town by far)
They also offer several different alcoholic beverages.
The restaurant itself is very clean, well organized, and just a great place to eat out.

I never actually sat down and ate here yet but I did use their restroom and it is EXTREMELY clean and secure. I’m always ready to punch someone who might jump up and peep on me using the restroom (personal fear) and this is gladly not the case there is BRICK UPON BRICK of security here and I cannot tell you how safe that makes me.

I hardly review but this place is awesome!
My husband and I are on the road a lot and we stopped here for breakfast. Steak and eggs on point! Double blueberry pancakes were so light and fluffy they almost floated off my plate!
Honestly the food was so good and the server was so attentive and nice that we went back for supper too, lol.
2 for $25 but we got the steaks again:).
Love this place, definitely recommend and we’ll be back on our next pass through Arkansas.

This place is completely transformed – sports-type bar with TVs and casual dining – along with a quick meal stop for lunch. Wow, they are fast in serving your food! The menu is combined and easy to navigate. The food quality is excellent (not too salty, fatty or spicy) and prices are reasonable. The attitude of the servers are helpful and friendly! I’m all about saving money – so discounts and freebies for seniors, military, kids and etc. makes this place a real keeper.

We were greeted at the door with a big smile, and after entering there were even more smiles and friendly welcomes! The service was excellent. Our server, Katelyn, went out of her way to take care of us. Our appetizer and drinks were great and delivered quickly. The food was perfect, arrived quickly and was reasonably priced! Listen I went on opening night so my expectations were low. It did take an hour to get my meal but it was opening night! My server Blane wasalways amazing!! He came and checked on us multiple times and never let my drink get dry. My order was right and complete even taking an hour!! I had two managers come over and make sure everything was going well Taylor and I didn’t catch there other ones name. But I would go back over and over. Completely satisfied!
