Horrible experience.
Everyone here is upset. Cold food. No silverware available for not just us but several customers. This is a one and done for me. Nobody seems to be in charge of this place.
Front door greeter is sitting at the bar. To go orders not ready?? Not sure what is happening here. Have to stick with Martha’s or Rudy’s

You have to try the new grilled cheese burger. I thought it was different but delicious. I didn’t need the dipping sauce but I’m not a tomato soup fan. Burger was thick and juicy!

Currently here in Murray. Food fortunately was great. Atmosphere is okay while staff seems confused on what they’re doing or need to be doing. Sat down at 1218 did not get asked about drinks til 1234. During the time multiple waitresses walked by and never asked if we’ve been helped. Then took 15 min to get our drinks. Then an additional 20 min for our food. Glad food was fresh but service and timing is awful. Almost every IHOP is like this and I don’t understand why. We were on the verge of leaving after over 16 min of waiting so we got lucky. We want to come back but hard too when treated so poorly

We just finished breakfast this morning for the first time and it was amazing. We even got the spinach and artichoke dip and that was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the service was amazing. The the most important thing was that they have a value menu and I will be back for that 10000% and if they ever took it away I would probably would be very disappointed. The French toast was about an inch thick and so good!! I will be back. Our server was CERA and she was amazing! She was very attentive, quick and she helped me with options when I didn’t know what I wanted.

Friendly staff, but my appetizer and main dish both came out raw (chicken). I have a photo of the appetizer. Just posting so others can be aware and so the restaurant can fix the issue – raw chicken can be dangerous. Hope they improve because the service itself was good.

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had. Fettuccine Alfredo was cold. The appetizer was cold. The kid’s healthy chicken taco was grilled and swimming in grease! The manager seemed overwhelmed as we were not the only table complaining! Horrible place!!!!

Lots of food on the 25.00 special… quality has been better. Chips tough, but spinach dip was on point. Chicken parm very saucy and supper heavy cream sauce noodles(but taste was great), grill cheese burger and fries were good (skip the weird sauce). Service was fast and wait staff was great!

We pre-ordered for DoorDash delivery. Food was over an hour late and missing the fresh fruit side. Steak was nicely cooked but hash browns were burnt. Chicken and shrimp was good. If our order was correct and on time, easily 3-4 stars.

I got the two for $25 deal to go, but had to do a lot of customization since I don’t eat meat. Bryce and Delaney were so accommodating and patient with it, and helped figure everything out for me! My partner and I did dine in For breakfast before, and I wish I remembered our servers name, because she was also amazing and so kind! Overall Fantastic service, good food, and great deals- we will definitely be returning!

We went to the new Applebee’s/IHOP combo in Murray. When we arrived, a frustrated family was walking out saying they waited fifteen minutes without water or acknowledgment. There was about a ten-minute wait for us too, but we decided to stick it out.
Our waitress, Kristy, was an absolute rockstar. She was covering what looked like three sections by herself—something no human should have to do—and still managed to be kind, attentive, and communicative. She checked on us multiple times and kept us updated on the kitchen delays.
The food itself wasn’t great (cold and just okay), but that’s not on her. You could tell the kitchen and staff were overwhelmed by the crowd. It’s a brand-new spot in town, so I expected some opening hiccups.
Bottom line: Kristy was incredible, the food was meh, and the wait was long—but we were patient and understanding. It’s still Applebee’s meets IHOP, and still exactly what Murray locals know it to be. Hoping things smooth out once the novelty crowd dies down.
