We went after a terrible dinner last night at a certain steak house. We are here while my husband works in this area. I ordered fish-n-chips and it was Perfect! Delicious, delicate breading & flaky fish cooked to perfection. My husband had the Bourbon Street chicken with shrimp w loaded mashed potato’s to say it was good is an understatement. Those onions were phenomenal. The chicken- which I NEVER ORDER OUT – was unbelievably good. I had a blue LLIce tea and it was 1/2 $) for happy hour. We left FULLER & happier from

Applebee’s had always been a go to for my family! We had gone to the Kennewick location for years up until we had back to back bad experiences there. It had been months and we were really wanting to have Applebee’s but knew we did not want to risk a bad experience so we decided to make the drive to Richland instead! We were very pleased with our experience today! Staff were friendly, attentive, and all around just great! Every staff member we encountered said hello and interacted with us. The food was perfect and came in a timely manner. The restaurant looked and felt clean! Our grandson left a bit of a mess under the highchair and I went to go pick it up and the waitress was persistent she had it handled. As I was walking out one of the employees seen me struggling with the to go boxes and my keys and asked me if I would like a bag. All these little details count! This was probably one of the better resturaunt experiences we have had! We will definitely be back!

This Applebee’s feels like the place to be. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes sure your visit is enjoyable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about your experience. The drinks are consistently spot-on, whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail, a cold beer, or one of their creative specialties.
The food is fantastic, every bite is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I’ve yet to try something I didn’t enjoy, from appetizers to entrees, and the portions are generous enough to leave you completely satisfied.

I had an excellent dine in experience at Applebee’s! From the moment we were seated, everything was smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. A big shoutout to Sebastian and Fernando for providing outstanding customer service they for sure need to be rewarded with a burger or some mozzarella sticks after dealing with me they went above and beyond they were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without being overbearing. They checked in at the right moments, had a great attitude, and really helped make the experience memorable.Overall, this was a great visit service truly stood out! Fernando even convinced me to buy a giftcard which I didnt mind! I’ll definitely be coming back! Honorable mention shout out sarlyn, natiel, and skylar all sung me happy birthday all had great spirts! I will be back more often just to see them! The managers have a great team in their hands!! ❤️- the man

We have been going to this Applebee’s for over 20 years. In all that time we have never had as bad an experience as we did on Saturday night. When we were seated we did not get menus or silverware. We waited over 15 minutes to order our drinks and another 7 or so before they came and we could order dinner. The place was busy, but there were lots of servers standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. We asked for water twice and finally got it. The food I ordered was not even what the menu said it should be; a rollup should not look like a panini. When I questioned what I got the server took my plate back to the kitchen and then brought it back to the table through the crowded bar and told me the ingredients were the same as what I ordered, and expected me to take it back. I explained that a rollup uses fresh ingredients and it not flattened and fried, but to no avail. They did not seem concerned that the change in how they prepare their “rollup” was a problem. The rollup is supposed to be a wrap with fresh shredded lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken and chipotle sauce on the side, rolled into a cylinder and cut in half to facilitate eating. It is not a flattened highly grilled mess of a sandwich where the ingredients were barely recognizable. Ended up waiting over 10 more minutes for a hastily made appetizer that did not taste good at all. My husband’s chicken fettucine with broccoli was so dry it was hard to eat; hardly any Alfredo sauce at all. The chicken was way over grilled and more ‘blackened’ than grilled. I had to ask the server to clear the empty glasses from our drinks. I don’t know if there is new management at this Applebee’s or not, but I didn’t see a single person who has waited on us before. Seems like all new people and many do not look old enough to be serving liquor. Bottom line, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years. We will not be going back again, even though we used to really like this restaurant.

Yesterday, was the first correct order I have recieved from this place. The carside person was great. Overall, this is my least favorite Applebees I have ever been to and I used to work at one. I have lost count of how many ToGo orders I have done and yesterday was the first time it was correct. Normally I drive all the way to Kennewick or Pasco since they can get my orders right but I was tired yesterday and went here.

We had a going away to college for o b e of the grandsons . About 10 or 11 of us. Waiter was very good polite got everyone’s orders to the right person. Made sure our drinks full and that everyone was good with their food. The oldest grandson had to leave for work. He even suggested that he put it in a to go box for him . Not sure if everyone around us was good with us . A couple of the granddaughters are still little. Had a couple of tables laughing.

08/30- I decided to try the All you can eat wings, and it was the best! I walked in and I was greeted right away. I was told I could sit anywhere. I sat down then Ryan came to greet me. He was helping other people, but he was fast to take my order. Ryan was good with all of us. He kept my wings coming and my drink full. He makes the best Cherry Pepsi.
I met the manager on duty and she was busing tables along her staff. I was impressed she was in the mix and not hiding in the back like most manager’s usually do.
I am here for work, but I’m making sure to come back.

Used to be our favorite location. We went for my son’s birthday dinner. The host spilled 2 cups of water on the booth where my son was sitting and brushed it off and said this is why don’t serve. We I asked for jalapeños on the side and they came out once we were done eating. While the manager only checked on the tables around us multiple times never stopping at ours. When we walked out the host said better luck next time whatever that means.

Applebees is my husbands go to place for dinner, and they have options to make everyone happy. Usually order off the 2 for 32. Which is a good deal and almost always has left overs for lunch the next day. Great service this last visit. Our server was exceptional and probably the best we have had in a while wish I remembered her name! Love that each location had unique decor for the city it’s in. Enjoy the bourbon street chicken with shrimp and the 3 cheese Mac and chicken. The pretzels with beer cheese were hot. Not my favorite beer cheese but still good. We like the honey bbq boneless wings as well. You have to have the pecan blonde at the end sooo good!
