My server Q was amazing! Super attentive and Robby the kitchen manager was so kind! I love this place and this is literally like the only restaurant I go to. I recommend the Kennewick Applebee’s to everybody that I know definitely worth your money and your time!

We arrived today at opening. greeting was great, quick seating was great. Got our drink and food order in about 11:05am. Drinks (sodas only) took about 20 minutes to arrive, appetizer took about 25 minutes. Food didn’t arriver until after 11:45am. I was with my wife, and trust me, I know my wife, we did not order the bourbon street chicken and shrimp (my wife can’t stand seafood). We ordered the the bourbon street chicken with andouille sausage. the waitress proceeded to tell me I was I wrong. I’ve know the waitress for going on an hour now (due to the slow service), My wife and I have been together for 15 years. Thoughts? We left the table and the waitress asked out load in front of other patrons if we were going to pay our bill? I ignored her and walked to the front and eventually settled the tab with the manager (very courteous, I might add).

I came here with my mom, kids, and a friend of my daughter. We were seated immediately, which was nice. The hostess was pretty rude tho, and acted like she was being inconvenienced seating us. Once we were seated, we waited 20 min for someone to come over to take our order. While we were waiting, we saw two waitresses pointing at our table and talking, but no one came over. Once we finally got our order, we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food and drinks.
The pasta dish my daughter got (picture attached) was obviously sat under a heat lamp for a while. It was congealed, dried out, and basically inedible. I got an appetizer trio (special promotion), and the only thing not overcooked on it was the onion rings.
All in all, the food was inedible and disgusting. Would rather take my business somewhere who actually cares about their customers.

The Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger was more onions than mushrooms but I AM NOT complaining!!!! This burger had crispy patty edges, loads of sautéed onions and I added bacon. IT WAS DIVINE.

Beats EVERY burger joint in town, how? I don’t know, some kind of magic is happening there but I will not forget this absolutely FANTASTIC meal. Eat here on Saturday night. Order a burger. Pray the burger gods are smiling upon you as they did me tonight. You’re welcome.
Mind, I’ve only ordered delivery so I can’t testify to an in-person experience but I REALLY wanna get in here in-person. What I can say about service is that my bag is always packed perfectly careful, I’ve not even ONCE had a missing or wrong item and it is very clear to me their staff cares about doing a good job for DoorDash orders. For which I am very, very, very grateful!!!!
Whatever is right about this restaurant, I pray it continues because NO ONE else in town is doing this good of a job!!!!

This is my local Applebee’s but this was a very disappointing visit. We were first told that the ribs we ordered were no longer available and to choose something else. We go with different options but then they still bring out ribs so miscommunication between servers and kitchen? We were glad to have gotten the ribs so that’s why 3 stars on the food. What was very concerning was that we found a bug crawling around in our napkins! We tried several times to get our server Pualina’s attention but felt ignored. We even tried using their table kiosk to ask for assistance but nada for over 10min. We had to walk over to ask for help to get rid of it. We get served our food and they take off and we don’t have any cutlery.. so had to keep trying to flag someone down for a while. Just a hassle the whole night.

Service started out well greated as soon as we walked in by staff were told the wait time and got o to the list. Little did we know that would be the end of any good service we woukd get. Our server Heaven g made it very clear that she had no desire to be there giving us the worst service I have ever had. After taking our orders for drinks she came back about 5 mins later with them. She proceded to set them on the edge of the table calling out what they were but just putting them down not handing them to the people that ordered them. She then took our food order and checked in from time to time on us. The appetizers came out at an hour and 10 mins after ordering again standing at the end of the table and having us pass the orders out to the people that ordered them. I could understand this if we were a large group at a big table but we were only a group of 6 at a normal size table. Our dinners finally arrived at 37 mins after appetizers, again calling out orders to be passed out getting louder at us if we didn’t respond to what she called the item. Now I understand that sometimes kitchens get busy and food can take a while and have no issues with that. However got clued in something was going on when a table across from us ordered 30 mins after us with similar items and got food 20 mins before we did. Upon tasting our food all of our items were cold clearly having sat for a while. To top it off she forgot to put in for two people’s food so they had to ask about their dinners and wait even longer for their food to show up. . As we had ordered appetizers there were plates in the way that had to be cleared to make room for dinner plates. I picked up mine so the entre could be set down handing it to her to take she looked at it and walked away leaving me holding it. I ended up having to put it on the corner behind me so I could eat. Overall the food came out cold and could not be enjoyed the server was a waste of time I would have rather used the on table digital order device and probably would have gotten better food. Don’t waste your time going here you will be disappointed I would recommend other restaurants nearby that seem to always do better than this.

I have no idea if the food was any good because no one ever came to take our order. The hostess, who was very rude and unfriendly, took us to our table, laid our menus down snd left without saying a word. We then sat there for 15-20 minutes with no service. We counted 6 servers in our area who all made eye contact with us and yet not one of them came over to help us. We left and will never be back.
We are traveling through Kennewick for work and ate at Texas Roadhouse the night before. We had a delicious meal and the customer service was outstanding. My advice is to go there instead!

The manager spent the majority of her time dealing with a table of entitled guests who had brought their dog in (clearly not a real service dog ) so we got free entertainment listening to the drama. The manager handled it with more grace and care than the table deserved
