I am very pleased to see an Applebee’s attached to a truck stop instead of the usual slop restaurants us truckers are subject to. I was slightly confused by some IHOP branding and wasn’t aware of a merger. But it’s great to know breakfast is available.
This is obviously a brand new restaurant and it was staffed very well for a friday night. My waitress named, Liberty was nice and attentive.
I ordered the sirloin steak skillet, medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I forgot what the drink was that I ordered but it was perfect too. A side order of 4 cheese Mac was barely acceptable, which includes the only complaint preventing a 5 star for food.
It’s obvious that they use “bacon bits” or some other form of artificial or highly processed bacon style topper. Some people may not care, but that kind of cost cutting is vulgar for a $40 meal with a 20% tip. Bacon is a religion and should be treated as such.
Overall this is a good restaurant with great service and atmosphere. Would visit again.

The place was not busy when I got their but very quickly fill the house. Food was spot on, the service by Brenda T was graceful, she was on time with drinks and food. This was the first of it’s ki d in a TA and was fabulous….. Great job training another bar tender Brenda T your fabulous.

Me and my girlfriend went to go eat here, we were excited to eat there as we’ve heard good stuff about it. When we got there the staff were nice and friendly, we got appetizers, my girlfriend got the chicken alfredo and I got a burger. The appetizers and the burger were pretty good, however the chicken alfredo was underwhelming. the pasta was way overcooked and the chicken was burnt and very dry. Wouldn’t recommend the chicken alfredo.

Honestly, the experience was really disappointing. We waited about an hour for just two burgers, and when they finally came out, they were dry and clearly rushed the buns were completely squished like they were thrown together to speed things up. My cheeseburger didn’t even come with cheese, so we had to send it back. On top of that, my girlfriend’s sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all, and our waiter told us we had to sweeten it ourselves, which felt ridiculous.
The couple next to us waited just as long for a plate of pancakes and eventually got up and left angrily. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here right now or a while. Other than this I know the restaurant is new but cmon man its not hard to make a burger

They are getting better. Being a new restaurant it takes time to work out the issues. Seems like they are trending the right way. We just need the half price appetizers. We will be back.

What I liked most about this restaurant was the amazing customer service. Angel Flores provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was kind, respectful, and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. He truly made our experience enjoyable and was a great server.

I went in on Sunday around 12pm and called to be placed on the wait list. The wait list was about 1 hour wait they said. We went in 30 minutes later and got seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and took our order right away. We got our drinks about 5 minutes later. We waited about an hour and 30 minutes until I asked our waitress how much longer. She said about another 45 minutes but decided not to wait anymore. They still need alot of training and organizing to do. I would prefer to go to the Yakima or tricities location instead.
