We had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Valeria! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always refilled without us even having to ask, and she checked in at all the right times to make sure everything was perfect.
Valeria’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out — you can tell she truly cares about her guests. She made our whole meal smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. If you get seated with her, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!

Lunch was great! The shrimp basket and Blondie dessert were delicious. Large portions and reasonably priced. I’ve had other menu items here in the past that I didn’t care for, but these two were good.

Our family of four came in for dinner tonight. We love Applebee’s, but we live an hour away, so it’s a rare treat when we can make it into Wenatchee. The food was good and we all enjoyed our meals, but I’m giving one star because of an interaction with a server who was not our waitress.
She brought out our appetizers and later our entrées. My two kids were sharing the chicken parmesan fettuccine, so when she set the plate down and asked if we needed anything, we politely asked for an extra plate. She didn’t say a word, turned to walk away, and when I glanced up, I caught her rolling her eyes at us. She never came back with the plate, so we ended up using an empty appetizer dish instead.
I normally don’t post negative reviews, but I’m honestly tired of mediocre customer service. I worked in customer service for years, and I could never imagine openly rolling my eyes at a customer. Asking for a plate isn’t an unreasonable request — especially when you’re the one who asked if we needed anything. And because she wasn’t the server who took our order, she had no idea the dish was meant to be shared.
A little word of advice to the server (we didn’t catch her name) : if you don’t enjoy working in customer service, it might be time to consider a different line of work.
Being kind can go a long way. You have no idea what others may be going through and your blatant rudeness was actually shocking to see.

Food was delicious as always, and everyone was very accommodating of my elderly grandmother giving us a table close to the door. Our server was wonderful and the manager stopped by as well to make sure we were taken care of. We got the classic combo, oriental chicken salad, a sirloin steak, four cheese mac and cheese with honey tenders, and fish and chips and everything tasted great. Wonderful meal with wonderful people!
