went to dinner with my wife and family. The dinner was served . I noticed my sons fries were cold. I asked to speak to the manager. She came to the table and I expressed if we could get fresh fries for my son. Explained the ones I received were cold. She was very rude and talked down to me . Very condescending. I had never met this manager but I was shocked. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She did take my sons fries and replace with hot ones but dropped the plate on our table: she huffed loudly as she walked away. I asked my server Payton , who was extremely amazing, what her name was. I was told her name was Natalie. The worst management I have ever dealt with. I will not be returning. I feel bad for all the employees. The way she acts towards customers only shows how she really treats the staff. You guys need to do better. Disgusting attitude . I gave a 5 star for Payton’s service but atmosphere a 1. Wish I could do a 0. Food decent . Just a mishap on fries no big deal but management (Natalie) made it an unpleasant experience. One I’ll never forget.

Our server was great, she kept up with us and our drinks were full. I ordered a whiskey sour and it tasted like water. However, others ordered the margaritas and those tasted much better. The food came out altogether at a good time and tasted good.

My family and I have been going here for years. Maybe a few times a year. Each time has been a good experience. Hosts are always nice, welcoming. My mother and I favorite is the garlic Parmesan chicken things, it’s sooooo good. We order it every time. We visited a few days ago, my mother, myself, and my 8yr old niece. I ordered their NEW mushroom burger. Omg it was soooo good. Fresh, the cooks did a great job! They were short staff yet still did a great job accommodating everyone. Our waitress was Alisha, she has served us before, she’s always great with a positive attitude. Love her. I asked for the cooks names, it was steffy, Cesar, and Kyle. The training manager Kevin came over and checked on us. All employees did great. Highly recommend this place. I did not catch the 2 hosts names. One of the girls had long beautiful hair.

I’ve never been to such a good Applebee’s in my life. The food here was amazing, the service was good too. We got so many appetizers because there were multiple options and they were all so tasty. The BBQ Burger is the way to go for sure.

Food was horribly bland, disgusting and extremely overpriced for the quality given. It took our server almost half an hour just to take the order, he only checked on us once, never got drink refills, took another 40 mins just to get the appetizer, which was thrown together, stale and mostly cold. Never going back!

Definitely my favorite Applebee’s. Usually sit at the bar. Hayley always remembers us and is the main reason we return!!! Amazing bartender/server!!!! Food is good…better than most places. Happy hour specials absolutely worth it.
