Great location, right off freeway (you can see it from the freeway), decent part of town, ample parking lot which is clean. Inside restaurant is clean, friendly staff. The food was good but (kinda a big but) they had ants chilling on the window sill. We actually asked to move seats due to this. Pending they rid themselves of their tiny tenants we’d consider going back.

Late night service could use some help. We did not get any of the extras that came along with our meals. Asked for a few things a couple times and never got them, finally I got up and went to the employee entrance to the kitchen and asked for them again. After about 10 minutes they brought it to us. The size of regular menu items were smaller than normal. Food tasted good but not worth the amount paid.

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner of salad and an entrée of bourbon basted chicken breast, roasted potatoes, onions and mushrooms plus shrimp. It was on the 2 for $27 menu and we would definitely repeat the dinner and suggest it to anyone else. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, even though we went in at 6:30 Friday night. The service was exceptional too.

The food here was really good. This applebees felt a little small, we ended up sitting by the entrance which normally would not be too bad, but being November it ended up being really cold. The servers were a little short with us as they were really busy at the time we came, but otherwise it was a fun place to eat at.

Food was great but we ordered $1.50 margaritas and we were charged $7 per drink. The manager came over to discuss the bill with us at our request. She kept repeating herself even though it was not needed, and she kept getting louder to get the attention of the other guests. Not appreciated!! It didn’t need to be handled that way at all!!

Very poor customer service from the minute we walked through the door. In general, their staff seem put out by any request. Food quality is inconsistent. Some meals have been okay. Don’t order Nachos — they are horrible! Over priced too! $48 bill for a very bad experience. We won’t be back.

Always consistently good food at whatever Applebee’s you eat at. Our server was a little slow and missed some of our food and left it sitting under the hot light. Wasn’t great at filling glasses either but at least he was nice and friendly.
