Who ever work on 8/16/2023 should be ashamed of themselves. When we arrived it took 10 mins to be greeted which was a pain but understandable, after we finally ordered something we order everything at once because we had the time to look beforehand. Took 7 mins for our drinks 10 for the one app we had ordered which we had asked to just come out with the rest of the food. And then as we waited another 30-35 mins for wings and fries I just sat and watched while 5 other tables wings and fries,what we had ordered, who came in after us and ordered after us get all of their food and drinks asap, while me and my girlfriend sat their waiting. As soon as we got our food we asked for our check and a box and tried to pay and leave. But the waitress tried lying to me and told me sorry we were just backed up in the kitchen. And as someone who works in the industry that’s not being backed up, that you delivering the food to the wrong table or you forgot to ring our food in nothing else. This was unacceptable way to handle the situation by her to lie to a customer instead of just owning up to her mistake. I will not be back if not for ever but a very long time.

The hostess Kalaya was excellent tonight, she was very thoughtful and on top of her job, she made sure all the customers where taken care of. Our server Loki was equally as great! He took excellent care of us. The food was great and the kitchen was quick even coming out of a Father’s Day rush! We appreciate a great visit and great customer service.

The waiter was a great and chill guy. Applebee’s is also open until 1 am on Saturdays which is a plus. We decided to split some appetizers instead of getting meals. The French fries were kinda soggy, and the French onion soup lacked much flavor. French onion is my specialty and I can say for sure that this one is on the lower rungs in terms of quality. Mozz sticks were good and the marinara had nice flavor. The blue ribbon brownie was very good, warm and chocolatey.. Don’t get the exclusive flavor of mountain dew.. That’s a big swing and a miss

I had a steak and it was a bit tough. I mentioned this to the server and before I knew it they brought me another steak which was much better. Manager stopped by to be sure we were taken care of.

I guess the waitress was busy or having an off day. Once the food was delivered she checked to make sure all was good & then didn’t see her again. We sat in the bar & would of have another cocktail if the waitress would of stopped by. So we went someplace else to have a cocktail.

The gentleman that sat my family was great vary welcoming made a joke about my son breaking the crayons and having to wash dishes vary nice guy. Our server may have been newer but the service was still great and vary attentive.
