Shoutout to Jack—our super fantastic server! Since it was a busy Saturday- he was all over the place servin a bunch of tables but still made us feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Big thanks to JC and the restaurant manager for delivering our food in record time—everything was hot and perfect!
I had the Quesadilla Salad and it was absolutely fire! We couldn’t resist the half-off apps, so you know we inhaled those wonton tacos. The rack of ribs? Slammin’ good!
Jack also hit it out of the park with the dessert reco—that Lava Cake with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to our night. And let’s not forget… he kept my lemons coming for my water on the rocks all night long! Also, he was super attentive to my 7-year old daughter for every request she made! She was lovin’ her bottomless Strawberry Lemonade!
Truly 5-star service across the board. We’ll definitely be back.

Got the 3 appetizers and sauce special and my sister in law got small riblet plates. The riblets were ok, would have been better if they were hot, they were like Luke warm. She ordered the dirty Pepsi and they did not put on maraschino cherries so had to ask for that from another person since waiter kinda scarce. I got the Pina colada with flavor swirl and it really had no alcohol to it tasted more like a virgin style. The appetizers platter was good. The Pepsi my daughter got tasted funny too

The service at this location is superb. You’re immediately greeted upon arrival. The staff is very attentive and quick for as busy as it is. Another surprise was that the food came out hot and quickly especially the fries which is how you can tell how the kitchen operates. Overall very happy and will come back at the next opportunity

We had to wait more than 7 minutes during a pretty slow time for the server to finally give us water and take our order. When they finally served us our food, they didn’t give us any utensils and we had to wait another 5 minutes for a server to even walk past us. When we requested for utensils they said “ok” and started walking off to do other things instead. Thus making us wait ANOTHER few minutes to finally get utensils to eat our lukewarm food with. I also ordered a medium rare steak and it came out well done

I’m someone who rarely writes reviews. I feel like you have to go above and beyond your job description for me to write a review. I go to the south center apple bees at least once a week for food or even a quick drink and I’ve always had a great experience. Tonight was different which is why I am writing this review. First off the table behind me was non stop complaining about the food they received talking about the portions were small and other things then asked for the manager. When he arrived they found more things to complain about. I have to say the manager J.C handled that situation very very well. He was calm, very respectful and very professional when talking to the table. He comped their food. The table was like what are you going to do with this information? J.C very politely explained that he would talk to the cook and see if there was more training that needed to be done, if it was the food that they received or if it was the volume of customers. By far the best manager I’ve seen here at this location. I would also like to give a shout out to our server who also handled that table very well. Ania as well was very respectful and handled their complaints very professionally and was very apologetic. She did amazing with our table as well. The food was amazing to top it off.

My first time at Applebee’s in about five years and I thought it has improved. The food was good for the value and staff were very friendly. I like the cozy environment and good value. The low lighting and decor were comforting. They have tv screens but they’re aren’t overwhelming and loud like some sports bars. Overall very happy with the experience.

I usually visit Applebee’s in Federal Way because it’s closer to where I live. However, their customer service is the worst—no greetings, the staff are often in a bad mood, very rude, and unfriendly. As a result, I stopped going there. Today, while shopping at South Center, my kids wanted to eat at Applebee’s, so I visited their South Center location. I was surprised by how excellent the service was; the server was very friendly, patient, and polite. I truly appreciated everything—the food was fresh, and we had an amazing time. Even my kids noticed the nice behavior and asked me to visit this location in the future. Thank you for your outstanding and wonderful customer service.

I went to eat yesterday and asked for the promotion of all you can eat $15.99 the dishes of the promotion are good, but as you make more refill they bring you less and less fries, the fries are very good, the bbq rib lets are delicious, the boneless are good and in my opinion the chicken tenders leave something to be desired, the service in general was regular, there are 2 guys who are good, the bad thing is that they did not serve me, I was served by 2 young people who were really very lazy you could see their desire not to work, in general the service could have been better but I had a good time.
