Wonton taco delicious, got the 2 for 25. Onion ring. On point. Did an orientation salad got grilled chicken taste burnt. They changed it for the crispy one and was very nice. Also got a sirloin steak and was a little dry they exchanged it and took it togo. Manager here is very nice so is the staff. Over all good experience, another thing was i was reading a book and they gave me a free appetizers coupon. Which i thought was awesome.

I ordered a limited time special dish, which was a bit bland in favor. I haven’t been to Applebees in years, so it might have been better to order from something in the safe option as it was happy hour. It was busy for a random Wednesday at 4:30pm, but service was apologetic with delays and very friendly.

this is about a typical App)bees.
We went on Veterans day. We arrived about 430ish. And the place was already busy.
I heard several people speaking aboit it being slightly busiER because of them giving Veterans a “free meal”. True_thats why i was there too.
The atmosphere is as come to expect from such establishment, we noticed thst allot of the items on the menu did NOT have prices; they contained the callirie count but not prices. _ weard. our waiter was curious and prompt yet she obviously was quite busy. Not to mention JUST as she was taking down our order; her entire ordering electronic pad stopped working so she had to redo our order on old fashioned pen and paper. Lol
As we sat there we saw a different waiter walk a dining couple past us and they were saying something about free food and the waiter replies back in quite a loud voice “YEA; WE GIVE AWAY ALLOT OF FREE FOOD HERE…!”
I instantly took that to mean that THIS particular employee seems to have a problem with serving to service member once a year. WOW! I really kinda FELT like saying something About what id heard but due to fact we were hungry, place was getting busier by the minute; I decided not to act.
Our drinks came; finally our food. My wife and I ended up getting the same exact thing. But here steak, potatoes and vegetables was litteraly TWICE the size of my helping which I got from the “Veterans menu”. this kinda made me frown too; yet my meal was quite tastey I did t think they would skimp on all sizes because they are “giving away food”.
At the end we waited and waited for our waiter to bring us our bill_ even though it’s accessible on the tabletop monitor. Our bill was WRONG due to that they still had my meal was $19.99. Even our sheet our waiter brought out still had that on it. So I put my military ID with my debit card for her to finally show back up again and change our bill to reflect my military meal.
Kinda annoying that they do that. It’s kinda like they tried to play a game of ” will you actually just pay the bill or will you see that we charged you for something thet we say we’d like to gift you becauae your a veteran.”
One we had finally gotten the bill straitened out; we paid then departed; by then it was about 6pm and was pretty busy in there.

Stopped in out of boredom the Friday after Thanksgiving. The fish and chips deal was really good and the price was amazing! They certainly have regulars, whom were all friendly and chatty. I’d go back, especially on a Friday afternoon.

Came here for a family dinner on 12/28 for ten people. Our server Anna was the most condescending and rude server ever. First, she got our drinks wrong, forgot some order drinks and we just reminded her. The following when we were actually ordering food, my kid was ordering and he was speaking softly. So I just asked her to confirm that she heard him accurately for the ingredients he wanted removed. She started making a fuss about it and started giving us attitude. The proper way for any servers would’ve been to confirm the order. Not once did she repeat anyone’s order to confirm. I went to her manager and told them she is full of attitude. Obviously this lady does not enjoy her job. But she should not be giving that negative energy out to customers who are just trying to enjoy our night and enjoy some food and laughter. This ruined our whole experience. And mind you, the restaurant is not busy at all since this is after the holidays on a Sunday night. There’s probably 3 tables she’s assigned to and we’re the only big party in her section.

I am a regular at this location and my experience tonight was absolutely terrible compared to usual. My party was seated and it took over 10 minutes for our server to even come up to our table, and even then she didn’t take our drink order. There ended up being a hair in my food, which is not the servers fault. But the way she handled it came off as very rude. She did not apologize for it and made it feel like we were inconveniencing her. It took about 10 minutes to even get anyones attention to bring it up. Being seated on the left side is always a great experience, but the right side was a nightmare.

In town meeting a good friend. The first waiter was good. But he was getting off and was passed to another waitress and we were forgotten about. Drink refills forgotten about then I believe it was the manager came out with the refills 10 plus minutes later. I would of let them know but the younger boys were taken care of and the older elderly couple got better service. I am writing this while I am still sitting at my table waiting for the bill..

I haven’t been to Applebee’s before and to my surprise-I liked it. I was quite surprised at how good the steak was. I would definitely order it rare next time. I gave it 3 stars because they had an electronic ordering system where you can call the server -order food and also play games. When we got the bill there was a charge for $2.99 -which was for playing games. We did not play any games. We did look thru the menu and called the wait staff -either way-there should be something that says playing games is not free or touching the screen with be automatically charged.

The food was good.
My only complaint is that they have a page marked 2 for $25. We ordered from that page but when we got the bill it’s was $30 +tax and tip.. I asked the waitress.. she said the items we selected were not included in the 2 for 25.. So if you go here and want the deal, ya better ask the real price when ordering..

Good food but could use a better selection of sides. Would corn or baked beans be so bad? And what happened to the baked potatoes? We do love their half price appetizers 3-6 and 9-close.
