The staff have always been nice and friendly, but the quality of food has declined over the years, and the cleanliness isn’t what it used to be. The wait to get a table on busy nights is short, and order service is fairly prompt. I think online take-out is likely the reason, because the wait to be served your order is bad, long wait… Our recent visit was easily 45 minutes after order, and my plate was cold and my wife’s was overly hot like it just got microwaved. Ugh! My 8oz sirloin was on the petite side and the mashed potatoes came right out the the measuring scoop… It is what it is, a chain restaurant so I should lower my expectations, it’s not what it used to be…

This was our first time to any Applebee…. ever. It’s usually a hit or miss, and this was a total miss. We paid an average $30+ per person (×3), including tip.

My man and I came in for dinner around 9 tonight, just casual date night and we had literally ordered 4 mins before he got a work emergency call. The amazing ladies working canceled the order for us and didn’t charge us for the soda or anything was so sweet and understanding and our awesome waitress literally ran to get to go cups for us so we could run n have our soda!!! Thank you guys so much we felt so bad didnt even have cash for a tip!! We will be back for sure!!! (Made a new profile due already left a review and had to leave this one. ) thanks for making it less stressful for us.

This was supposed to be a special Valentine’s Day dinner, and it turned into a huge disappointment. The chicken was undercooked, which is not just about taste — it’s a serious food safety issue. On top of that, the food had very little flavor.
What made it worse was being offered only a $5 refund after bringing it to their attention. For a holiday dinner that was meant to be special, that response felt dismissive and unacceptable.
I understand busy nights happen, especially on Valentine’s Day, but serving undercooked chicken and offering minimal compensation is not okay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both food quality and customer service.

i ordered the steak and it was over cooked then they comped me with a sirloin jesse was very kind and returned my steaks until there were as close to rare as they can be my sirloin then came out almost raw and the ribeye was medium well the grill was owen I WOULD RECOMEND STAYING AWAY WHILE HE IS MANING THE GRIL

I had the seven piece chicken tenders with fries and coleslaw. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade. Chicken was good. Fries were average but no offer of any dipping sauce. Coleslaw did not have any flavor. The drink had a trace of strawberry flavor but you had to have a good imagination to taste it. Overall very disappointing food. $3.99 for the drink was ridiculous. Overall cost was $25.00 with tip. Red Robin is about the same price but the fries (unlimited and with sauce) are so much better. The Slaw was better and the strawberry lemonade (with strawberry’s in the drink) outshine Appleby’s without a doubt.

While my family walked in we we’re promptly greeted and seated by host Bailey, she was very friendly.
Server September, took our drink and food order promptly, but after that, drink refills we’re hard to get as we didn’t see our server for a while even though the restaurant was slow before dinner rush had come in. Had to flag down another server when we needed assistance. Once we got our food, everyone’s meal was delicious except my father’s steak that was completely rare, we asked them to fix it and by the time they brought out the steak cooked properly, the sides we’re cold; my Bourbon Mushroom Swiss Burger had a nice kick to it and was cooked nicely.

Came here for a drink and appetizer before a movie at the nearby theater. We stood in the waiting area for probably 10-15 minutes before any employee acknowledged us. They were processing takeout orders and seating other parties but completely ignored us. We opted to sit at the bar, because despite seeing open tables, they were putting down names on a waiting list. The bartender was friendly but we also had periods of feeling ignored there. The drinks were great as was the appetizer (though it felt like the wait for that was a bit excessive as well). My guess is that we went during an understaffed shift. While I get that it happens and isn’t always something that can be rectified, the fact that I felt invisible in a hospitality business can’t be glossed over. I get that things don’t always go to plan but I would’ve appreciated for them to acknowledge the long wait times and maybe explain why.
