This Roseburg Oregon location has the finest customer service we have ever experienced. I’m not kidding. Really nice people. They make you happy just talking to them. This is our second stop here in two weeks. Suzanne is our server today and the manager is Amber. They both made contact with us in no time and are both great people. Applebees is very fortunate to have such a great crew in Roseburg. Last week our visit was the same but we forgot their names. Not because they weren’t connected with us but just because we didn’t concentrate on their names. I wish we had because their service and conversation was fantastic as well. If you are grumpy coming into this Applebees, you will be in a great mood once one of these crew members makes contact with you. AAAAA all the way

We dined at Applebee’s recently and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mike. From the moment we were seated, his warm, friendly personality and genuine smile set the tone for a wonderful experience.
Mike was extremely attentive without ever feeling overbearing. He checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. Every request was handled quickly and with a great attitude.
Beyond his attentiveness, Mike was incredibly professional. He knew the menu well, made thoughtful recommendations, and answered our questions with confidence. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his guests’ experience.
I can honestly say Mike is one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere. His combination of friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism is outstanding and a true credit to your organization. Because of him, our visit to Applebee’s was exceptional, and we will absolutely be returning—and asking to sit in his section.

It took few min too get fitted but after we got fitted it seem too go pretty quick. The waitress that I had was really up beat and care about taking care of people that they need too be done I will have too it was marvelous job and makes me want too keep going and would not mind having this person again as my waitress again, I would like too give big shout out too Medley for her hard work I would not imagine how stree it could be in the restaurant but she did great for that i would personally would have talk too her little more and let her know how much I appreciate it being their with her attitude I was amazing feeling that she did great job keep up with the tables she had and still managed too come and check on us. It may took 5 mins but that was fine cause the service that she provided did wonderful job. Hope too get her again.

I asked Medley for waters and she got them pretty quick. I will retrun back too this restaurant again in about 2week with my 3 boys again too enjoy the atmosphere. The rare steak I ordered upon the server ‘s recommendation was tough and dry as shoe leather. With only mashed potatoes as a side dish with green beans.
I complained to server about the over cooked steak. She looked at the steak and stated she would contact manager and see what could be done. None contacted us.
This is what I consider rude conduct. Never again will I visit this terrible restaurant.

The people here made me want to post a review. They were all so friendly, helpful and make you really feel comfortable. Suzanne was our server, and the assistant manager/bartender Caity, were both on top of everything. Food quality was superb and the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. Will def come back again when in Roseburg.

Very relaxing atmosphere every time I visit roseburg. Mike (bartender) Very much pays attention to detail and and customer service, on point in every way to help serve. From Ocean shoes to reno , I stay in Roseburg and always Applebee’s is my go to restaurant. Clean, friendly, great service.
I lived in reno( bartender, waitress) many years. I always look at service. Applebee’s and service is amazing, never a bad experience. I saw a new employee being trained shadowed by a manager. glad there is a program.

I’ve been going to this location a bit now and I’ve got to say it’s not the best. I’m torn as the staff (with exception for management) are really amazing, overworked people who deserve to get service so they can get plenty of tips. However I can’t ignore that the food hasn’t been the best as it’s usually overly salty yet somehow also bland. I get the Bourbon chicken and shrimp dish with a side of mashed potatoes. The chicken is almost always tough and the shrimp is always way over cooked. I have noticed each time when eating here many customers are left unsatisfied as well. If ordering any drinks know it will take a fair while as the bar is usually busy because it’s probably the one thing that stays pretty amazing. In short the staff is phenomenal, the food is pretty mid, and the management is left me less than impressed. So if you want to support some pretty amazing staff this is your place. If you want good food, I’d personally recommend skipping.

We will not be returning to this Applebee’s again. We arrived around 7 pm on a Monday. We had a very long wait time to order and a much longer wait time for our food to arrive. There were not many people in the restaraunt. We ordered 3 entrees. The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo had been sitting for a long time, to the point the pasta hardened and dry. The noodles absorbed all the sauce. The Bacon Cheeseburger was burned. The burger and fries were cold and stale. The boneless chicken was over cooked, dry and cold. We refused our meals being that we had already been there an hour and half. The manager comped our appetizer and drinks
