Ashley has a pretty good handle on food service and people. She is friendly, efficient and talented with a tray of drinks.
I had the oriental chicken salad and it was good. I finished it and I don’t always finish my food. Good music good atmosphere. Everyone seemed to work pretty well as a team.

Our server was amazing, he brought the cook out so we could thank him personally. My grandson enjoyed his first Applebee’s experience. I love the half price appetizers during their happy hour. Great “cheese pull”!

I will definitely be coming here again. The 2 for $25 dollar entrees with appetizer were really good and the service was outstanding for takeout. I didn’t know what to expect but was very impressed at the on duty manager this evening and the wait staff both- we will definitely make the stop again to dine in house soon. I was a bit confused at first at ordering online for the 2 for 25 dollar concept will be dwl the app next time but wow it is so much food. Thank you guys so much

Right on the corner of City View & W. 11th St. In Eugene..not crowded but sometimes it could be crowded. This is a Wednesday night. Food was great. Great service and the Margaritas are delicious and not weak!! The restaurant is super neat and clean. The prices are a little better than average compared to a similar type of restaurant of a different name. WE LOVE IT HERE!! There is another restaurant on Gateway with these same opinions of mine. Clean. Great service. Etc…went there again!! What a nice place!!

We stopped and tried the Really Big Meal Deal: Get the Big Cluckin’ Chicken Sandwich or the Big Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, plus fries and a drink for $9.99. I always expect a decent meal here- but this was a phenomenal deal- and the sandwiches were delicious. We always get friendly service here. It’s one of our tried and true stops.

This review is strictly on the comfort of the booth located closest to the wall of school sports photos. That seat was the most uncomfortable seat ever. I could feel the metal bar under the seat and it jacked up my back sitting on it for 45 minutes. Clearly the seating hasn’t been changed the 15 + years y’all been at this location, but it’s about time you throw down some money and add back some cushioning to your seats. The food was fine.

This place was great. Our waitress was extremely nice and friendly. The food was also great and they even split up food items for food restrictions!! Will definitely come again and recommend! Only slight down side is that the bathroom stalls are extremely small.

We recently went Applebee’s on West 11th in Eugene. The service was very poor, it took forever to get our food, and the customer service was appalling. They only had 9 customers in the entire place and the staff were talking to each other not properly serving their customers. When we finally got our food it was not even hot. I saw staff on their cell phones, servers hiding out in the back kitchen area, and when we had to walk up to the bar area to complain the bar server said “I hear ya”. Very unacceptable service. We are not picky people, but obviously the Manager is not properly managing his/her staff. I never even saw the manager in the building. Anyways, we will go to other Applebee’s because most are very good, but not this Apple Bees on West 11th.

I did an online order for pickup. I ordered the chicken tenders plate for $11.79 with honey mustard. I also ordered a side order of the loaded mac and cheese for $2.99. The chicken tenders were alright. The fries were pretty good. But I really enjoyed the mac and cheese!
