Applebee’s as a chain has unfortunately greatly reduced the menu, that was disappointing. The service at this location was great. We had ordered a “Simply Perfect` Strawberry Margarita [Served in a Shaker tin with multiple pours], when it was served it was about 8/10 of a glass, and certainly that couldn’t be “multiple pours”. About 6oz for $12.00. We mentioned this to our waitress, and at the end we DID receive a 10% discount- satisfied. The service was great, and we received our food quickly considering it was a busy evening. We were satisfied with the overall price of the meal, the flavor and quality of the meal was on par with other Applebee’s locations. Overall, this location seems to be a well oiled machine, especially on a busy evening.

Food poisning? Pink or black your choice! Been ordering here for 2 years started getting pink chicken then ask for the manager to see i could get chicken that was cooked all the way and then got black chicken, I wish I could post photos so everyone could see the food that I got. a gift card or my money back does not fix this issue. Management was respectful, but kitchen cook needs more training check your food!

Went Applebee’s for dinner and a drink. Was very impressed with waiter Warren, dude was on point with his customer service. My Bloodymary, 2 of them was very good. The food the shrimp bowl was very good as well, the store manager and district manager was very engaging. I have been to the Albany Applebee’s a few times, I would have to say this was the best time yet. See you guys again in a few weeks

Haven’t been to an Applebees in years. We decided to stop in and give it a try. We all loved it. The restaurant is very clean. We got there just before the 9pm happy hour on a Tuesday so it was pretty empty. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My wife and I shared the southwest salad which turned out to be a good choice because we each got plenty, beware it has some kick. My wife had to get some sour cream to help with the spice. We also ordered the Brew Pub Pretzels and Beer Cheese dip for a half price appetizer, very yummy. Had a couple of drinks which were made very well. My kids got the burger and cheese sticks and the Mac and cheese and yogurt with strawberries. Both loved their meals. Got apple juice with them and loved that as well. I will say the regular menu prices seemed a little high, almost $15 for the salad. Not much for gluten free options, especially for kids.

I’ve been sitting here for 35 minutes. I was early but my food was supposed to be ready at 5:40. It’s now after 6:00. Every single car in the “Carside to Go” area has come and left except the empty one on my right. Nobody has even been out to check on me as is the norm from every other time I’ve been here which is probably upward of 30 times. The “carside server” peeked out the door around 6:08. As you can likely tell, I’m running out of ways to entertain myself. This is obscene. My order finally arrives at 6:18. If ANY OF THIS HADN’T BEEN PAYED FOR IN ADVANCE, I would have left a long long time ago. I will NOT be returning. I wish the rest of you better luck with this establishment. I realize, having been in the restaurant industry for MANY years, that some issues are very difficult to gauge. But if you’re THAT FAR BEHIND, don’t say TWENTY MINUTES when it’s going to FIFTY NINE! I through rambling. I just found it to be a very disheartening episode.

Sat at the bar and was greeted right away by friendly staff and got drinks. Appetizers took a while to come out after ordering, have never waited more than a few minutes for Appetizers at Applebee’s. It was not very busy, so was surprised. Overall. I love the food and service was friendly.

One of the only few places open “late” around here. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the flavor and the quality of the food considering it’s a chain restaurant. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly, my loaded mashed potatoes were delicious, and my squash veggies were perfectly seasoned and buttery. Our waitress was also genuinely sweet and accommodating. Definitely will be coming back.

Your typical applebees , but still a go to when visiting town with family. Chelsea was an amazing and attentive server, super kind. Portions are small for price but that’s more and more common these days. Even when busy everything came fast 🙂

Great experiance. Ordered online and went to pick it up. Food was neatly in seperate containers (wings & appetizers) large portions plenty of sauces and very friendly staff.
