Great food & drinks. The atmosphere was nice because there was only a few people there. 2 if us had the 2 for $25 meals. We had our chose of meat so we both had the sirloin steak which included 2 sides. I had garlic mashed potatoes and a side salad. There was plenty to eat! The cocktails we pretty spendy in my book but they were good..

Although the regular dining/ family area was dirty with food on the floor. We decided to sit and eat at the bar. Rene, our bartender was “on top of it” and made our evening out a pleasant night. Food was excellent!

Vivian is an excellent bartender. Always sociable and happy to chat and help with anything you might need. Matt the manager is always there to watch the floor and make sure everything goes well. Overall the team is great and a pleasure to interact with. The food is always great. Five out of five stars!

Vivian at the bar is such great company! Always a pleasure to dine in, and the rest of the staff is super friendly and they always want to make sure we have everything we need. It always makes their day when we use the devices to order our brownie bites. The managers make a point to come through and quality check with the guests, and they’re so friendly too! Hi Matt. I remember going to Applebee’s as a kid and always loving it. I was out with a few of my kids and decided to give it a try for the first time in 15 plus years
The service was amazing! The table kiosk meant to eliminate jobs, promote micro transactions, and overall reduce the atmosphere was atrocious.
I mean, it’s Applebee’s. The vibes and food are very much reflectant of their fiduciary responsibilities. This is a prime example of what happens when the investors matter more then the customers.
Applebee’s can’t last much longer with shareholders demanding the extraction of every penny. Slowly eroding what made it a top contender of TGIF.

The staff is really nice and fun. The food is top notch. The manager even comes out to see if everything is good.
Couldn’t ask for a better dinner experience.

I placed an Uber order tonight and after receiving it I was disappointed right away. The drink that was included in a kids meal was not delivered. When I grabbed my burger the bun was so soggy due to how greasy the patty was that it fell apart when I touched it. I asked for a well done patty and after several bites I looked down and not only were the fries covered in grease from my dripping burger, the patty was raw. The amount for each item is ridiculously expensive only to have such terrible quality. I was unable to continue eating my almost $20 burger after seeing all the bright pink. I’m very disappointed.

We had an Awesome birthday dinner for my husband, at the South Commercial Street Applebee’s, in Salem, tonight! The Holiday combos are the bomb! We had the Blackened Cajun Salmon combo and the Sirloin steak combo. So Yummy! Lots of Delicious food on the plates, cooked and seasoned to perfection! Kudos to the chef! The service was so good, too! Kudos to Kate, our server! We literally had just been brought our drinks and the food came within 5 minutes! I highly recommend this Applebee’s! Five stars!
