Came in for a casual weeknight dinner and had a genuinely enjoyable time. The riblets were tender and the sauce had a great smoky sweetness to it. Our server was attentive and we left feeling full and satisfied without spending much.

This branch used to have great food, excellent service, and a vibrant atmosphere. But this is our 2nd visit on a Friday night with few diners, the usual offering, and really slow and racist service. The african-american attendant prioritized the diners of same color, then when it was our turn, a mexican family arrived and the mexican-looking attendant attended to them, while we were still waiting to be seated. I guess they don’t like asians dining in their restaurant…
We waited for 30 minutes before an attendant took our orders, and we waited for 45 minutes for our food to be served with the kid’s meal of pizza looking cold and tough. Chili’s has better baby back ribs. The grilled chicken penne pasta is so-so. The attendant also mixed up our drinks because we ordered 1 soda, and 2 water for me and the child, but the attendant brought 2 water for adults and the soda was in the kiddie container—duh! I wonder if it’s now the norm for a young child to have soda while the adults would be drinking water.
Well maybe we’ll be dining somewhere else next time…

As regulars at Applebee’s, we’ve had the pleasure of dining at various locations across the state during our travels. This particular visit, however, had a few ups and downs worth mentioning.
We started with the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark. The flavor felt off, and to add to the experience, the plate arrived with an unexpected smear of BBQ sauce, which was puzzling.
When it came to the main course, I found the pasta lacking in seasoning, which left it a bit bland for my taste. On the bright side, my husband really enjoyed his steak; he found it well-seasoned and flavorful.
One highlight of our visit was the bucket of drinks we ordered—they were absolutely delicious! Plus, the option to take the bucket home made for a fun souvenir that we appreciated.
Overall, while there are areas for improvement, particularly with the seasoning of the pasta and the quality of the spinach and artichoke dip, we still enjoyed our time at Applebee’s and look forward to our next visit.

Order curbside & inaccurate, missing items. So annoying Applebee’s didn’t make sure my order was accurate and not made how I ordered it!!! I hate to pay for a service I don’t get!!! Pay too much money to not get what I paid for.
I ordered the classic combo appetizer and it was missing the spinach and artichoke dip and ranch. & paid for extra ranch & it wasn’t there either. I had to wait additional time for Applebee’s to make the the dip and send it out with the rest of my order & ranches. My 2 for 26 burger was not cooked to order. I said no pink meat got pink meat SMH!!! & my bourbon street chicken & shrimp was pitifully made. ALSO my tipsy reindeer drink didn’t have the gummy candy as described. Applebee’s has failed! Order to detail sucks! Not what I paid for! I’m just going to stop ordering out at these restaurants they don’t give you what you paid & don’t make sure that you’re order is accurate and has poor customer service! Disappointed!

I usually ALWAYS have great service when I go to APPLEBEE’S. Including this one. I guess it was be cruel to customers day yesterday. No smiles, no thank you, no good service. We waited 7-10 minutes to be seated in a seemingly uncrowded atmosphere??! “Be right back”, was the servers response that walked up to us at the Host podium. The majority of the reviews I give are good, including APPLEBEE’S. Our waitress was good, but the rest of the staff?! Not a good $35 day for me.

Has Applebee’s, as an entire brand, gone to the dogs or is it just this location? This was the question we kept asking ourselves during our visit.
Cleanliness: The table we were sat at was not wiped down nor swept! The tablet thingy was completely disgusting.
Food : We both got the 8oz sirloin. Totally disappointing. Everything tasted like yesterday’s microwaved leftovers. Dry and bland. Rice was particularly atrocious.
Service : Everyone was nice and really putting forth an honest effort. Nothing bad to say.
Visit was on Sunday, 11-16-2025, 5PM.

After a particularly rough shift that left me feeling drained and defeated, I decided to stop by Applebee’s for a break, hoping to unwind. Jeff was my server, and from the moment he approached the table, his warm and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel more comfortable. He was attentive, upbeat, and had this incredible way of making everything seem lighter and more positive. It wasn’t just the service—it was the genuine care and kindness he showed that really made a difference. I came in feeling overwhelmed and stressed, but by the time I left, I felt completely refreshed and much happier. Jeff’s excellent service not only improved my meal but turned my entire day around. I forgot all about my tough shift and left with a smile on my face. It’s not often that someone can have such an impact, but Jeff did just that. Thank you so much, Jeff, for brightening my day when I needed it the most!

The hostess was the only good thing about this place. I waited 10min for someone to take my takeout order. She did not bring a menu. Back with a menu and did not return to take my order. Another person finally asked me if I’d been helped. She placed my order. I waited 45min for a blackened shrimp casaer salad. The shrimp was not blackened! I don’t think it ever saw a grill. It was stone cold. No spices and no flavor. Very disappointing.
